We’re looking for an experienced founding full-stack engineer to join our early team and shape our core product. This is a unique opportunity to join a very ambitious startup in its early days and to have a big impact on both our technology and business, working in a fast-moving startup environment with a "Go big or go home" mentality. If you’re hungry to create, iterate, and own a product with the potential to reshape an entire industry, let’s chat.

What You’ll Do

Build and scale our AI-powered performance marketing platform
Develop and maintain a modern web application using TypeScript and React
Design and implement backend services in python
Deploy and manage applications in the cloud
Collaborate closely with the founders to define product features and technical direction
Continuously refine processes, tools, and best practices to accelerate development without compromising quality.

We Need Someone Who

Codes like a wizard in TypeScript, React, and Python (non-negotiable)
Demonstrates proficiency in cloud platforms (GCP is a plus)
Has a strong understanding of full-stack development, including backend APIs and databases
Ships fast & smart, balancing both speed and quality
Has an entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take ownership
Has the ability to work minimum 2 days per week on-site in Ghent (more is encouraged)
Thrives in chaos and doesn’t mind late nights, and relentless iteration
Is an open-minded problem-solver who values practical solutions over rigid philosophies
Is a team player who prioritizes collective success over individual gain
Nice to haves:
Marketing experience or affinity
Prior experience with LLMs, image, and video AI models
