Our Software Engineering teams design, build, and support software applications for mobile, web and desktop platforms. We've completed hundreds of successful projects over the last 20 years - helping our customers build internal bespoke systems or bringing new commercial software products to life. We're experts in Microsoft .NET and take an engineered approach to creating secure, efficient and adaptable software.
We have big plans for the future and are looking for talented software engineers to join our team. You might already be an expert in C# / .NET, or maybe you're an expert in a different platform but keen to switch. What matters is that you understand the fundamentals of computer science, have an aptitude for technical problem solving and get a kick out of creating great code and user interfaces.

Requirements

You will join one of our software engineering teams building bespoke software for our customers.
6 week bootcamp to help onboard and settle in, working with our technical architect on our internal systems, before being exposed to customer work.
The technologies that we use are:
NET (8) and .NET Framework 4.8
C# and TypeScript/JavaScript
Xamarin Forms / MAUI for iOS and Android
Blazor, ASP.NET, HTML and CSS
WPF and Windows Forms
Computer Science Degree (or similar)
Ideally experience of .NET & C# although not essential

The proposed candidates should have the following specific expertise

In depth knowledge of, and experience with Spring, including Core, JPA/Hibernate, Security and MVC
In depth knowledge and skills on using Continuing Development / Continuing Integration techniques, knowledge of source code control repositories (GIT/Bitbucket) and build tools such as Maven and Gradle.
In depth knowledge of, and experience with, Spring Boot Test, jUnit and Mockito
Good knowledge and experience working with of source code control repositories such as Maven, GIT, SVN, TFS.
Good knowledge and experience working with Angular and NPM
Good knowledge and experience working with Hibernate/JPA

What You’ll Do

Design and build modern, responsive Drupal 10+ websites in compliance with EU security, branding, accessibility, and multilingual standards.
Lead the architecture and full lifecycle development of scalable Drupal-based solutions, including integrations with internal and third-party systems.
Perform advanced site-building (views, blocks, contexts) based on functional wireframes and designs.
Create and maintain high-quality custom Drupal modules — previous proof of contribution required.
Evaluate and challenge wireframes during the analysis phase to identify technical risks and feasibility concerns.
Conduct and participate in peer code reviews, while embracing constructive feedback and best coding practices.
Produce robust architecture documentation and technical reports.

What You Bring

Solid understanding of REST API integration and secure, interoperable web services.
