Hutcheon Mearns are delighted to be recruiting for a Payroll System Integration Coordinator for our oil service company client. This is a full time, contract position, will be based from our client's office in Peterhead and should last for a period of 12 months. The role's purpose is to provide support while a new system is implemented.
The Opportunity
The role will involve all day-to-day payroll operations, while other team members have been moved to the implementation team.
Duties Will Include
System Integration: Collaborate with the IT team and payroll vendor to integrate the payroll system with other HR, finance, and accounting systems
Data Migration: Ensure accurate migration of employee data to the new payroll system
Testing Quality Assurance: Conduct testing to ensure that the system operates correctly and that payroll data is processed accurately
Documentation: Create and maintain clear documentation for the integration process, including technical specifications, troubleshooting guides, and user manuals
Training Support: Provide training to HR and payroll staff on how to use the new payroll system. Offer post-integration support and troubleshooting
Problem Solving: Identify, track, and resolve any issues that arise during the integration process
Compliance: Ensure the system complies with regulations related to payroll processing and reporting
Background And Experience
The successful candidate will be an experienced payroll professional with team management experience.

In this role you'll work within our Consulting team, supporting new and existing clients across various sectors to define and implement security risk assessment and best practice solutions that match their requirements. You'll work in close partnership with clients to ensure the delivery of expert services by complementing their inhouse Information and Cyber Security resources combining expertise in information security, solution architecture and business advice.
As a Security Consultant, you will be responsible for the identification of risks relating to Security Architecture, maintaining an awareness of published vulnerabilities and best practices across various platforms, especially cloud infrastructures. Working across the business and multiple technology platforms, you will play a key role in ensuring our clients make the best use of their existing technology and make proportionate, risk-informed decisions, ensuring protection of client assets and transformation of their security architecture.
This role forms part of the wider Consultancy team and will work cross functionally with the Delivery Manager and others to support and assure project delivery through all phases of the agile workflow. Responsibilities
General Responsibilities:
Have an excellent understanding of risk management and assessment principles and frameworks, such as ISO27005 and the NIST Cyber Security Framework
Have achieved or be working towards membership of CIISEC and UK Cyber Security Council professional registration at either Chartered or Principal.
Work with multi-disciplinary teams, helping to ensure that products are delivered in a secure manner that is aligned with the wider business risk appetite.
produce informative and succinct reporting that clearly articulates any identified vulnerabilities, associated risks, controls and risk treatment activity.
Facilitate workshops with the various Authority departments, to align with wider HMG transformational Security and risk management outcomes.
provide accurate and pragmatic remediation/risk management guidance/advice.
Have an understanding of risk assessment in and agile delivery environment
Be skilled in workshop facilitation particularly with respect to risk identification and assessment.
Exceptional team working ethic and interpersonal skills
Good level of knowledge of the cyber security industry
Have a good understanding of modern IT technologies and services, such as Cloud Computing, Mobile Computing, IT Security, Infrastructure technologies, Zero Trust and demonstrate an understanding of security architecture

We are looking for an exceptional and proven Information Security Lead, reporting to the Group Head of Information Security. You will be responsible for the group security GRC services, supporting with information security management and oversight and contributing in the delivery of the Group Cyber & Information Security Strategy. You will have proven technical Information Security subject matter expertise, knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape, knowledge and experience following a variety of industry recognised information security frameworks, experience in interpreting and implementing client and regulatory requirements, coupled with an ability to communicate risk effectively to stakeholders of all levels. Specific Role Responsibilities
Responsible for managing group supply chain security.
Manage security due diligence and assurance of company suppliers.
Identify and track supplier non-compliances to company standards.

Good knowledge of auditing frameworks such as ISAE3402 and SOC2.
Experienced in managing security risk.
Experience performing supply chain security due diligence and assurance.
Proven ability to manage internal stakeholders through a journey of improving information security maturity.
Good ability to communicate information security and risk concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
Professional Information Security qualifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC.

Responsibilities
Our Technical Coordinators are responsible for providing a first point of contact technical and administrative support to our engineers, customers, suppliers and other internal teams.A key responsibility of this role is to monitor and minimise the job abort percentage, and to work towards communicated targets and KPIs. You'll be given high levels of autonomy in your role and be responsible for:
First point of contact to provide accurate and timely administrative support to internal and external customers of the Technical Helpdesk
Support engineers to complete their responsibilities with a key focus on minimising abort rates
Answer calls from engineers, providing guidance and instruction in a confident and accurate manner, using technical knowledge and existing company procedures
Liaise with customers and suppliers as appropriate to ensure full knowledge of issues and to provide solutions as well as first class customer service
Use systems to ensure that information is recorded accurately and with attention to detail
Analyse, manage and close emergency callouts, liaising with all affected parties to ensure fast and safe turnaround both within Service Level Agreement (SLAs) and in the most cost-effective manner
Ensure the correct emergency call out rates are paid to contractors in line with Energy Assets contracts
Accurately record and report relevant Management Information (MI) as required
Manage faults by planning customer visits in liaison with engineers
Order parts from logistics as required, tracking parts, and ensuring that jobs can complete as planned
Proactively look to improve efficiency and the customer journey
Build strong relationships with other internal teams in order to achieve mutual understanding, sharing of knowledge and discussions around continuous improvement
