Role & Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and manage essential DevOps tools for version control, build automation, configuration management, and related systems.
Drive the enhancement and optimization of CI/CD pipelines utilizing platforms like GitLab and Jenkins.
Manage the design, testing, and deployment of operating system updates to ensure systems remain secure, stable, and up-to-date.
Establish and enforce best practices for infrastructure access management, maintaining secure, compliant, and efficient access controls.
Lead the creation, maintenance, and administration of container images, ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of container repositories.
Oversee the operation and continuous improvement of monitoring systems to maintain real-time visibility into infrastructure health and performance.

Essential Skills & Experience:
8+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
Strong hands-on experience with common DevOps tool such as GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins, Artifactory, Ansible, Terraform for maintenance, administration and automation.
Deep knowledge of Linux OS, particularly Debian, with the focus on patch management, security and performance optimisation.
Advanced skills in containerisation, including building and optimising base images and managing container repositories.
Proven track record in administering monitoring systems such as Zabbix and Prometheus/Thanos in a high-availability environment.
Experience leading and mentoring DevOps engineers, providing technical leadership across teams.
Finance experience or knowledge of Trading or desire to work in this environment

Lead and manage a geographically distributed team of DevOps engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
Drive the development and automation of cloud infrastructure, ensuring it is scalable, secure, and highly available.
Collaborate closely with development teams to streamline processes, foster cross-functional collaboration, and ensure the seamless integration of DevOps practices.
Ensure the security and fault tolerance of systems by implementing best practices and monitoring compliance with industry standards.
Oversee the use of infrastructure management and CI/CD tools ensuring efficient automation of provisioning and deployment processes.

Data Analytics Analyst
A leading Mar-Tech corporation is hiring a Data Analytics Analyst to join a team of technical consultants with a background in Marketing Automation with technical capabilites in Google / Adobe Analytics. You must have capabilites in Data Engineer concepts, integrations, and dashboards across digital settings, ideally within Azure or AWS. Out client is paying £35,000 circa + 5-10% quarterly bonus + private health, pension, holiday to be near Southwark, London on a hybrid basis.
This is a unique opportunity, where you will gain exposure to CDP integrations, web architectures and have an opportunity to work on several key projects with enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and optimize digital performance using tools like Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics
Implement and manage tracking solutions with Adobe Launch and data layers
Develop actionable insights from complex data sets and communicate them clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Build compelling dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI
Manage data workflows with ETL tools, and enhance data-driven decision-making
Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and deliver tailored insights

Key Skills & Experience:
