Mercedes AMG High Performance Powertrains compete at the pinnacle of motorsport, in the FIA Formula One World Championship.
Based in Brixworth Northamptonshire at a purpose built Mercedes-Benz Technology centre we are a highly talented, professional and ambitious team of people, responsible for the design, manufacture, testing and racing of Formula 1 power units for Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS, McLaren, Williams and Aston Martin.
Mercedes AMG High Performance Powertrains also undertake advanced, high technology projects in order to transfer F1 technologies into mainstream automotive and high performance road cars. The most significant programme at present is the design, manufacture and testing of a hypercar power unit for the Mercedes-AMG Project One vehicle.
The company is built on three pillars of success; Quality, Technical Excellence and Speed & Flexibility. These traits have seen the Mercedes-Benz Formula 1 Turbo Hybrid Power Units to achieve consecutive F1 World Drivers Championships from 2014 to 2020, securing a record breaking eight consecutive Constructors’ Championships.

We Are Looking For
A PLM Solution Architect to support and develop our PLM systems.
This includes our Siemens NX & Teamcenter platform operating at the heart of our engineering and innovation. You’ll be collaborating with key engineers to get the best solutions, systems, and tools in place for our engineering teams.
You’ll Be Reponsible For
Implementing PLM solutions in a fast-paced Enterprise environment
Continuously communicating with key Engineering stakeholders
Collaborating across teams to deliver successful solutions
Delivering architectural designs that meet the requirements
Managing the Siemens PLM Portfolio, especially NX and Teamcenter
Integrating with our ERP systems and engineering software packages (SAP, CAD, Simulation Tools, etc.)
End to end project delivery with Systems Engineering and Solution Architecture best practices and methods
Qualifications You’ll Need
Vocational or higher education qualification in IT/Computer Science/Engineering or similar.
Experience working with Siemens package
Be able to handle complex competing concerns
Be able to see projects through from end to end
