Skills, Knowledge, Experience Required
A Bachelor's degree at a nationally recognised /certified University in Electrical, Electronics or Telecommunications Engineering and at least 3 years post-related experience in radio communications area;
Exceptionally, the lack of a university degree may be compensated by the demonstration of a candidate's particular abilities or experience that is/are of interest to NCI Agency, that is, at least 6 years extensive and progressive expertise in duties related to the function of the post;
Knowledge and engineering experience in state of the art technologies, across a broad spectrum.

Mission Objective
Define and implement a global security strategy to secure the company's information systems while ensuring their compliance with applicable standards and regulations. Reporting directly to the Director of Information Systems, you will propose pragmatic and operational solutions to respond to current and future threats.
Key Responsibilities
IT Security Oversight
Develop and implement an Information Systems Security Policy (PSSI).
Actively monitor threats and coordinate responses to security incidents.
Implement appropriate protection tools (firewall, EDR, SIEM, etc.).
Risk Management
Conduct regular risk assessments to identify and prioritize threats.
Define and implement preventive measures to mitigate risks.
Manage Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP).
Compliance and regulation
Ensure compliance with security standards and applicable regulations (e.g. GDPR, ISO 27001).
Prepare and coordinate internal and external security audits.
Awareness and training
Develop and implement awareness programs for all employees.
Train teams on good cybersecurity practices to reduce human risk.
Technology and legal monitoring
Stay up-to-date with new threats, technologies and regulations.
Offer innovative and appropriate tools to strengthen security.
Project management and operational support
