This is a business where DevOps is front and centre — enabling rapid feature delivery, platform resilience, and infrastructure that scales globally. As part of their high-performing engineering team, you’ll play a vital role in shaping, evolving, and optimising the DevOps function in a modern, cloud-native environment. The roadmap ahead is ambitious, and you’ll have the autonomy and backing to influence it.

You’ll be working across a cutting-edge stack, with AWS at its core, supported by Azure DevOps for pipelines and GitHub for version control. You should bring strong experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, and be confident scripting in Python, C# or similar scripting languages. Bonus points if you’ve helped shape DevOps roadmaps, mentored others, or worked with cost optimisation, security, or compliance frameworks (ISO, SOC2, etc.).
