My Client is searching for an Agile Coach who can join a dynamic team of six members located in London, Copenhagen, and Billund.
Responsibilities:
Support leadership teams, Heads of Product, and key stakeholders in strengthening Agile practices.
Foster high-performing product teams that collaborate closely with customers.
Drive digital transformation by helping teams adopt an outcome-driven approach to quarterly goals.

Role summary:
To be responsible for developing, executing, and managing ANIT projects within the defined scope within the Nutrition International (ANI) EURISA (Europe, Russia, Israel, South Africa, Turkey) business area with extended support to the ANI MENAP (Middle East, North Africa, and Pakistan) business area.
To provide direct support to the ANI EMEA business area. This role will expedite, manage, and coordinate a multitude of interrelated IT project activities within the contractions of human and financial resources and changing priorities to ensure the successful completion of projects.
Main responsibilities:
Initiate and Plan IT Projects: Works with business and IT management to establish and gain consensus on project goals, objectives and deliverables.
Project Control: Assess the degree to which changes to scope, issues and risks will affect projects working with department, divisional management and sponsor to gain agreement for resolution. Measure performance to assure the project is progressing as compared to original plan and budget
Executing and Closing Projects: Develops and executes a work plan obtaining authorized resources to ensure all activities are performed. Gather lessons learned and obtain final project approval from sponsor and stakeholders

Key responsibilities for this role
You will be responsible for the strategy and implementation of the marketing plan in support of UKI business that spans the following areas:
