For a long term contract we're looking for a Windows Core ADFS System Engineer.
He/she will manage the Active Directory and ADFS environments (domain admin level); ADFS knowledge is an absolute must for this profile – extensive experience with setup, configuration, troubleshooting of several environments with many RP/AG’s;
He/she will manage the (on-prem) Exchange environments (and related applications);
He/she will manage and use the Trendmicro security suite;
He/she will be co-responsible for the architecture and development of these domains;
He/she will be part of third-level support for these domains;
He/she must be able to write and troubleshoot complex scripts;
He/she could take part of the 24/7 on-call duty role for the Server Windows Core;
Role will be fulltime (40 hours), starting ASAP.
Requirements:
Operational experience within a Microsoft Windows Server environment is a must;
Proven knowledge of and experience with Active Directory;
Proven knowledge of and experience with ADFS;
Proven experience in similar sized enterprises (+/- 5000 users, 8000 mailboxes);
Practical knowledge about scripting (Powershell);
Must be able to speak and understand:
French and Dutch (one must be native) and English
Experience with SCCM, SCOM, AzureAD, Trustwave, Trendmicro are a plus.
Must be a team player;
Must have planning and organizational skills;
Must be able to troubleshoot technical problems;
Must be able to work independently;

Key Responsibilities
Analysis
Collect, analyze, and interpret data on flexible technologies (e.g., heat pumps, EVs, home batteries) across all voltage levels in Belgium.
Investigate the responsiveness of flexible assets to dynamic or capacity tariffs and other signals, identifying behavioral trends and response profiles.
Develop innovative methods to retrieve unavailable data through desktop research, stakeholder engagement, and creative problem-solving.
Conduct time-series analyses on consumption patterns, renewable forecast errors, market behavior, and system imbalances, applying statistical and machine learning techniques where necessary.
Present insights in clear, actionable formats for internal and external audiences and guide the development of tools and applications with IT teams.
Project Management
Oversee the planning, execution, and follow-up of the system flexibility program, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, budget, and resources.

Responsibilities:
As an Enterprise Architect, you will contribute to strategic IT initiatives and help build a future-proof IT environment. Your key responsibilities include:
Translating corporate strategies into application management strategies, IT roadmaps, and business capability models.
Developing architecture and functional designs to support business goals.

Expertise in IT processes and methodologies, including ITIL, TOGAF, ArchiMate, and Domain-Driven Design.
Knowledge of cloud-native architecture patterns, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
Familiarity with reference architectures and frameworks such as Gartner TIME.

Your Role as a Data Engineer
