Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Fire & Security Engineer located in Shrewsbury. The Fire & Security Engineer will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing a variety of security systems including CCTV systems, intruder alarms, fire alarms, and door access systems. Additional day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting system issues, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves collaborating with team members and following up on service calls to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
Skills in Application Security, Network Security, and Information Security
Experience in Cybersecurity and Security Engineering
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Relevant certifications and training in security systems are a plus
Previous experience in the security industry is preferred
A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed
