We're seeking a skilled BI SQL Developer to automate manual reporting/data processes using the Microsoft BI stack. You'll design, develop, and implement automated solutions, working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs.
Responsibilities:
Automate manual reporting.
Develop/maintain data pipelines (SSIS/ADF).
Optimize complex SQL queries (ETL).
Design/implement data models (SQL Server/Azure Synapse).
Create reports/dashboards (Power BI/SSRS).
Implement data quality checks.
Gather requirements and provide training.
Document development work.
Troubleshoot data issues.
Qualifications:
Relevant Bachelor's degree.
Proven BI SQL development experience with automation focus.
Deep understanding of Microsoft BI stack (SQL Server, SSIS/ADF, SSRS, Power BI).
Expert SQL skills (queries, procedures, functions, triggers).
Data modeling/dimensional design experience.
Strong ETL knowledge.
Data warehousing experience.
Excellent communication/collaboration skills.
Strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
Azure cloud experience (ADF, Synapse) a plus.
Other BI tool experience (Tableau, Looker) a plus.
