The Business Change Consultant will play a pivotal role in driving successful business change initiatives. They will work closely with business stakeholders and delivery partners to shape, analyse, and implement changes that align with strategic objectives. This role requires a strong combination of business analysis, project management, and change management skills.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Business Analysis:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable change initiatives.
Analyse and translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements.
Project Management:
Contribute to project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Track project progress and identify potential risks and issues.
Assist in the development and management of project plans and timelines.
Change Management:
Develop and implement change management strategies to mitigate resistance and ensure successful adoption of changes.
Conduct impact assessments and identify potential risks.

Functional & Behavioural Competencies required:

Lead Java Developer - Java, Low Latency, Credit Trading, Front Office, Investment Banking, Permanent - London (3 days a week in office)
A Lead Java Developer is currently being sought after by a Tier 1 Investment bank to join one of their Credit Trading engineering team. The team would help enhance the existing Credit Trading platforms, which would involve helping build low latency frameworks whilst collaborating with the business and wider technology teams.
You would be required to collaborate with the credit and trading desks in developing solutions for enhancing the existing architecture using Java to help build and maintain pricing, risk management and order execution services, alongside using low latency programming to help solve complex problems.
To be successful in the role, you would need:
Strong hands-on experience coding in Java
Prior experience building low latency framework is highly beneficial, but not essential
Exposure to RFQ Flow for Bond trading is beneficial.
An appreciation of Front End development, experience using React, Angular etc.
Financial Services experience is preferred, especially working within Front Office teams, but is not critical.
