Operations Analyst – Private Equity – CLO – Investment Management – Permanent Opportunity up to £85,000
Our client, a leading Asset Management organisation based in the City of London, are looking for an Operations Analyst to join them on a permanent basis. You will be joining the Investment Operations team supporting the business on a large Private Equity programme of work.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing operational support to the relevant business areas for Private Assets as well as Collateralised Loan Obligations. Alongside this, you will aid in the development of a new Operating Model as the team look to scale up their presence within the Private Equity landscape.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience working on Private Equity projects within the Asset Management arena.
Key Skills:
Proven ability working as an Operations Analyst
3-5 years supporting Private Equity projects (e.g. Private Assets, Private Debt, Private Equity, Private Credit etc.)
Knowledge of Collateralised Loan Obligations is highly beneficial
Knowledge of the full reconciliations suite (e.g. Positions, Trade, Settlements, Cash)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office with VBA knowledge is desirable
Experience working in the Asset Management industry is essential.

Senior 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer – Investment Management – Contract – Hybrid
My client is a leading investment management business looking to hire a Senior 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer to join a small but high-impact team, providing operational support and strategic engineering for core infrastructure on a global level. This will include environments management and automation, storage, compute, virtualisation, networks, security, databases and cloud deployments (M365, Entra ID, SQL MI etc.).
What is expected by the Senior 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer:
Take ownership of, manage, and resolve 3rd line incidents and requests submitted to the Service Desk.
Serve as a key escalation point within the department, demonstrating exceptional ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues across various platforms, including VMWare, NetApp, Cisco network devices, firewalls, and SQL/Oracle databases.
Lead the continuous enhancement of security controls across all IT environments, ensuring compliance with security standards.
Manage and prioritise workloads independently, ensuring effective time and resource allocation.
Take accountability for planning and delivering key projects and initiatives.
Essential skills required by the Senior 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer:
At least 10 years’ experience in a 3rd line technology support role, including two or more of the following:
Windows Server Support.
VMWare.
NetApp.
Networking support.
Azure and/or SQL Server database administration.
Exhibit a strong sense of responsibility and accountability for the solutions the team support.
Technical troubleshooting, demonstrate a logical and methodical approach to troubleshooting complex issues.
Experience of security hardening.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

My client, a leading market research and data analytics organisation, is seeking an Enterprise Digital Solutions Portfolio Delivery Manager. This is a contract position based in their London office for an initial 6 months, with the intention to extend.
You will be responsible for delivering complex programmes across multiple teams. This role requires managing significant technical and operational risks while supporting the Product Managers to ensure the successful delivery of critical outcomes. Strong governance and oversight of portfolio, finance, CRM (MS Dynamics), Procurement, HR (Workday), and all technology projects within these verticals is essential.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience in:

A hands-on Senior AWS Data Engineer is currently being sought after by a leading financial institution based in London for a contract running till the end of year with intent to extend/go permanent after. In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive the architecture, development, and optimization of cutting-edge AWS-based data solutions in the financial services domain.
You’ll work with Agile delivery methods, developing serverless solutions, improving existing platforms, and collaborating with a skilled team to deliver top-tier results.
To be successful in this role, you would need the following:
Strong experience in Python development for data engineering tasks.
Familiarity with AWS services including IAM, Step Functions, Glue, Lambda, RDS (e.g. DynamoDB, Aurora Postgres), SQS, API Gateway, Athena, is highly beneficial.
Familiarity with container technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
Experience implementing infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like CloudFormation or Terraform.
Experience with NoSQL and relational databases, including their integration within AWS environments, is highly beneficial
Experience working in the Financial Services domain is essential.
Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, or IT-related field or equivalent IT-related experience.
