Role- VPAG and Pricing Controller UK
Location- Tadworth, Surrey 2-3 days p/w.
Duration: 6 months
Our client is looking for a versatile individual to strengthen their team in the UK on a temporary contract. They are looking for an experienced VPAG and Pricing Controller who can be immediately operational and contribute to varied projects and to be the UK’s VPAG (Voluntary Pricing, Access and Growth) expert.
Your missions will cover all facets of the VPAG and Pricing Controller’s position:
Maintain a detailed and thorough understanding of VPAG to ensure our client is always compliant and act as SME to other colleagues.
Liaise with Business Finance Leads and other relevant cross functional teams to obtain actual and forecast sales and unit data along with other relevant information such as enhanced discount schemes, competitor stock outs, private hospitals, clinical trial sales, export sales, private prescriptions etc, to calculate the actual and forecast VPAG liability.
Produce clear management reporting of the VPAG position and ensure all necessary accounting provisions are booked.
Complete DHSC reporting (based on the calendar year) including Quarterly VPAS Payment Sales.
Report and Annual VPAG Payment Sales Report, which must be reconciled to the statutory accounts audited.
Ensure quarterly VPAG payments are made within 1 month of each calendar quarter end.
Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience
Qualified accountant (or equivalent) with at least 5 years post qualification commercial experience, preferably gained in the pharmaceutical industry.
Audit experience is an advantage.
Knowledge of SAP and Mosaic.
Proficiency in Power BI: Ability to import, clean, transform, and visualize data from various sources, and create interactive dashboards and reports.
SQL Expertise: Skilled in writing efficient SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis to support business intelligence and reporting needs.

Your profile
Demonstrated experience in IT architecture and engineering, with strong expertise in managing Windows 10/11 environments.
Familiarity with Windows deployment and imaging tools, such as SCCM, Intune, and Windows Autopilot.
Strong knowledge of Windows security features (Windows Defender, Exploit Guard, etc.).
Proficient in Windows update management.
Hands-on experience with third-party tools such as Patch my PC and Powershell Deployment Toolkit.
Expert in using GPOs.
Fluent in English, French is a plus.
Mission
Execute architecture and technology studies, considering user requirements, technology evolution, standards, as well as aspects like ergonomics, ecological footprint, scalability, maintainability, and financial considerations.
Write detailed technical specifications for proposed projects and solutions.
Plan and supervise system migrations.

Role Overview
We are looking for an Integrated Planning Manager / Project Planner to join one of the clients in Defence & Space based in Stevenage. You will support the major programmes, growth projects and strategic campaigns/bids within Space Digital UK, US & Asia.
Responsibilities
• Creation, maintenance and timely delivery of the top level and lower level schedules, and Integrated Project Team (IPT) schedules
• Analysing project costs versus project forward load in conjunction with resource tracking/management on behalf of the Project Manager
• Payment Milestone tracking
• Risk analysis tracking
• Change Control
• Support management consolidation, judgement, recommendations and the timely provision of all necessary management data and reporting information
• Provide consolidated project reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to senior management including special focus reports as required
• Create and maintain standardised templates for schedules and project reporting
• Project administration support to the Project Manager and the project team
Skill Set
Essential
• Experienced in working within a Project Management, including scheduling, logic checking, Earned Value and Risk Management
• Knowledge of planning best practice, e.g. logic linking/dependencies, resource scheduling, performing schedule health checks, critical Path Analysis, and work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
• Planning to stage boundaries – contingency planning
• Good knowledge/understanding of Project Management methodologies.
