XpertDirect
About the Company
We built Xpert Direct to empower companies to hire the best tech talent quickly and easily, at a fraction of the cost of using traditional recruitment agencies.
The Recruitment Industry is broken! Companies are having to wait up to six months to hire the right people. The industry is dominated by a handful of traditional recruitment giants, dependent on preserving the status quo. Recruitment processes are outdated, and companies are paying a heavy price for the lack of innovation and investment in new technology.
With the advent of LinkedIn and other professional networks, companies now have a chance to break free from the big recruitment giants by bringing recruitment inhouse. However, although they have access to major global talent sources, much of it is passive, so recruiting remains a lengthy and expensive process. Over the past few years, we have seen a surge in new hiring platforms on the market, however most of them still depend heavily on manual backend hiring processes, doing little to speed up hiring or reduce costs.
We reimagined the entire recruitment process based on a number of core principles that we consider essential to satisfying the requirements and trust of users in an online recruitment environment. These include direct communication, public confidentiality, maximum automation, SaaS based pricing for clients and a commitment to never charging candidates. By focusing on these core principles, we were able to build a platform dedicated to finding and hiring the best tech talent quickly and easily, at a fraction of the current cost.
We would like to thank all our early users for your trust and support in helping us shape the future of hiring. We appreciate all your valuable feedback, enabling us to continuously improve Xpert Direct and take the pain out of the recruitment process.
