The Role:
The role of the JBN facilitator is to deliver what the wider JBN membership asks for within the professional guidelines of the NAJ, and to provide relevant, appropriate and timely topics for meeting discussion, presentation and survey.
The NAJ:
The leading voice for the UK Jewellery industry, shaping professional excellence for more than 1,400 member companies employing over 24,000 people. Key Responsibilities of the role:
1. Network Facilitation - for the benefit of the JBN members individually.

b. Annual Congress - to provide the theme and identify the required support from the NAJ Events Team.
c. Retained Desk Days - to facilitate the delivery of communications to and within the community between the regional meetings e.g. completion of the monthly performance report, both marketplace and regional social WhatsApp groups, advice Q&A, news flash emails, business surveys, taking and making member phone calls
