Validation Engineer

Job Description

Job Description:
We are looking for a Validation Engineer to coordinate and execute testing, documentation, and certification at the submodule, subassembly, and end-product levels. The role requires ensuring compliance with international safety standards while optimizing efficiency in the validation process.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and conduct testing/verification of submodules and subassemblies within given specifications and quality targets.
Develop and implement test cases and plans to verify technical solutions.
Ensure proper application of test standards in test procedures and actual testing.
Maintain validation planning and escalate issues early to mitigate risks.
Document and report test results in accordance with the project timeline.
Propose and review design modifications and solutions as per specifications.
Collaborate with certification partners to acquire mandatory product certifications.
Manage interactions with external partners, setting clear expectations regarding requirements, specifications, costs, timelines, and reports.
Ensure proper storage and accessibility of all test and certification-related documents.
Ensure compliance with industry standards such as IEC 60950, IEC 60601, and IEC 62368.
Gather and verify critical component compliance information.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field (minimum 4 years).
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a related job domain.
Technical Skills:
Hands-on experience in EMC testing on chip (mandatory).
Strong understanding of safety and compliance standards.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in English.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
