In this position, you will be a catalyst for change on projects focusing on implementing organisational change in an Agile way. You will be exposed to exciting, key public sector clients and the potential to work in collaboration with business leaders to see through their strategic vision. They foster a strong culture of authenticity, innovation and collaboration and value those who can demonstrate their commitment to the Agile principles.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with a small team to ensure outcomes are delivered to a high standard
Provide strategic insights that are deliverable in an Agile way
Work hand in hand with another highly reputable consultancy
Ready to take the lead on the project when and if required
Ability to build strong relationships with client
Leading key meetings with senior client stakeholders
Desired experience:
Minimum Senior Manager level
Ideally 10+ years’ experience of Agile working and transformational change
Experience working within public sector bodies
Agile qualified would be beneficial

We are partnered with a high-growth SaaS organisation in the Energy sector who are growing their in-house programme team. The Junior Project Manager will be part of the wider MHHS programme of work, responsible for fully supporting the Programme Manager.
Responsibilities include:
Project reporting, risk management, scheduling and delivering project updates
Facilitating + taking control of certain calls & workshops
Monitoring existing projects to ensure timely execution and completion
Gathering and analysing project data to identify its weaknesses and resolve any time-related or budgetary risks/issues
What we are looking for:
1-4 years experience as a Consultant (big4/6 or equiv) in the Energy/Utilities space
Knowledge of the Energy/Utilities sector
Experience in managing and coordinating complex projects
Experience with MHHS would be highly beneficial
Must be determined, driven, happy to work in unknowns and a fast-paced environment
Happy being hands-on, working in an environment with changing priorities and deadlines

With deep industry expertise and a collaborative approach, they deliver end-to-end services from strategy to implementation.
The role:
One of the fastest-growing teams in this business focuses on providing agile squads to design and launch digital products for their clients. They are looking for a Consultant-level Business Analyst to be a part of these multi-disciplinary Agile Scrum teams.
These teams help their clients understand how and why to use digital technologies and platforms, before then designing and delivering projects to implement these solutions. These roles will be part of end-to-end user centred design projects, working with cross-functional teams to deliver the digital transformation.
Requirements:
2-4 years' experience
Experience working in an Agile Scrum team, doing end-to-end delivery
Experience with Government Digital Service (GDS) service standards
Experience with JIRA, or similar
Experience in technical business analysis
Good stakeholder management
Ideally, experience in consulting across multiple sectors (although it is not a requirement to be from a consultancy)
Any certifications are a bonus eg Business Analysis, Agile Delivery, Scrum Master etc

The logistics:
My client offers a salary of £40,000 - £50,000, depending on experience, with prosperous company benefits. This role can be based in a range of their offices across the UK, with a flexible hybrid working pattern, with some travel to clients.
