Product Associate (AI SaaS)

Job Description

We are excited to be working with an AI SaaS VC-backed startup looking to hire several exceptional Product Associates into their London office. Having raised a substantial seed funding round from top investors, they’re now keen to bring in high-potential, ambitious and AI-obsessed recent grads, as they continue build out their product org.
You will report directly to the VP Product, helping to build and deploy groundbreaking AI products for this early-stage startup of 15 people, so this is a rare opportunity to work extremely closely with the founding team.
This is a dream first role in product for an aspiring product manager and you'll also get the chance to work on LLMs at scale as well as learning JavaScript and SQL on-the-job.

As Product Associate you will:
Have complete ownership; the client are an early stage startup so you'll interact with every area of the business and your potential impact will be unlimited
Create AI products to categorise and estimate key data for clients
Build, test, and evaluate prompts
Dig deep into the data to understand how their products are performing once deployed
Work closely with sales and customer success team to help close deals, bringing your product expertise to bear
Continuously improve products with customer feedback

We want to hear from you if:
Academic Excellence: You're a top graduate from a prestigious university, with a strong academic record that reflects your intellectual rigour and curiosity.
AI Passion and Knowledge: You have a genuine, intense interest in AI. This is vitally important. You're someone who not only follows the latest in AI but is deeply passionate about the subject.
Early Career Experience: You have at least 6 months of professional experience (interesting internships count here), but are looking to progress to a product role with more autonomy and ability to create impact. Prior startup experience or entrepreneurial streak is highly valued.
Continuous Learner: You have a voracious appetite for knowledge.

What do they offer?
Salary up to £50,000 per annum, dependent on experience

In-person setup. They have an office in London and the team enjoy working in-person 4-5 days a week
