Biomedical Engineer
Venn Group is exclusively working with an established healthcare organisation to recruit for multiple EBME Specialists to complete planned and reactive maintenance across the site
Hourly rate: £30 - £38 per hour via an umbrella company (DOE)
Duration: 3 - 6 months initially
Hours: 37.5 per week
Location: London
The successful candidate will:
Carry out repairs and review damaged equipment, including fault finding and diagnosis
Perform calibrations and verifications to ensure equipment remains safe and updated
Deal with queries in a timely and courteous manner, liaising with staff and clinicians in a positive manner
Work autonomously to correct issues and find causes of faults in devices with multiple complex and inter-related systems
Carry out Medical Electrical Safety Testing and Acceptance Testing as required
Ensure training is kept up to date and safe procedures are strictly adhered to
Build strong relationships with stakeholders, clinicians and procurement teams
The successful candidate will:
Previous experience within the NHS or Healthcare Sector
Be able to deal with fast-paced changing clinical pressures, successfully dealing with last-minute demands
Demonstrate specialist technical and practical knowledge of medical equipment

Venn Group is delighted to be partnered with a non-departmental public body to recruit a Social Media Executive on an interim contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity to support with creating content, scheduling posts, analysing performance, and managing the organisation's social media presence.
Key responsibilities of the role:
Create engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms that aligns with the brand's voice and goals
Schedule and publish content using social media management tools (Sprout Social)
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and engage with followers to build a strong online community
Track and analyse social media performance, providing insightful reports to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns
Identify trends and opportunities for optimisation based on data and insights, adjusting content strategies as needed
Assist in developing content calendars to ensure consistent posting and alignment with marketing initiatives
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform changes to keep content fresh and relevant
Ideal candidate profile:
Experience creating engaging social media content with tools like Canva and Photoshop
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and tools (e.g., Sprout Social) for scheduling and analytics
Skilled in analysing and optimizing social media performance to boost campaign results
Prior experience in the not-for-profit sector, using social media to support mission-driven goals
