The role
We are seeking an Email Template Developer with a strong understanding and experience of Adobe Journey Optimiser (AJO) and possesses a solid understanding of HTML email design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for migrating, developing, and optimising email templates to ensure they are responsive and adhere to the best practices in email-specific HTML. They will work closely with marketing, design, and data teams to enhance email campaigns, incorporating Moveable Ink for post-open personalisation where applicable.
Key Responsibilities
Email Template Migration: Lead the migration of existing email templates to Adobe Journey Optimiser, ensuring compatibility and functionality.
Responsive Email Design: Develop email templates with a mobile-first approach, adhering to email-specific HTML best practices.
Content Component Development: Create and manage reusable content components within Adobe Journey Optimiser.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and data teams to ensure email content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
Optimisation and Testing: Test email templates across various devices and email clients to ensure responsiveness and accessibility.
AJO Web Development: While not a primary focus, experience with web development within Adobe Journey Optimiser is a plus.
Documentation and Training: Create documentation for processes and provide training to team members on using the new templates and tools effectively within Adobe Journey Optimiser.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
Extensive experience in HTML and CSS for email design, with a deep understanding of responsive design principles and email-specific best practices.
Hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimiser.
Familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform.
Experience with Moveable Ink for email personalisation.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and data teams.
Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly.
Desired Skills
Basic understanding of web development concepts within Adobe Journey Optimiser.
Knowledge of APIs and their integration within marketing platforms.
Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Education and Certification
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
Adobe certifications related to Adobe Journey Optimiser or Adobe Experience Platform are a plus.
This hybrid role goes beyond traditional email development, encompassing elements of campaign building and data management. The candidate will play a crucial part in enhancing our email marketing efforts through technical expertise and innovative personalisation strategies.

Job Description
The Human Resources (HR) division strives to attract and develop talent from across the globe, though we highly emphasise on retention and promotion of the most talented workforce from within the organisation. The HR division is comprised of many smaller teams who focus on specific functions such as recruitment, administration, learning and development, benefits, and data analytics.
Person Specification/Skills Required
The HR Intern provides support to Tag HR EMEA. You will be responsible for managing a variety of HR tasks as well as projects and initiatives. You will be the point of contact for both internal and external clients and you will be responsible for responding to a variety of their queries.
In addition to working with the EMEA HR team you will also liaise with HR Operations, HRIS team, HR Support and you will also have a full understanding of Jira and Workday platform.
Responsibilities
Undertaking a variety of day to day administrative tasks and HR related queries, ensuring compliance with company policies and internal processes and rules such as: managing new starter inductions, probations, changes in T&C’s of employment
Liaise directly with Talent Acquisition and HRSupportEMEA to ensure that Workday is up to date and includes the necessary documents and data for new starters. This includes but not limited to, Passport/Right to Work Documents/Contracts/Personal Data
Work with the HR Business Partners to ensure that the HR tracker is kept up to date with probations, maternity, paternity and general employee relations casework
Working with the wider HR team to coordinate regular induction events for new joiners
Working with our HR Project consultant on data and analytics on HR projects
Ensuring that all data is correctly captured in our HR System (Work Day) including starters & leavers, freelancers, notice periods, probation periods
Responsible for maintaining accurate HR data and running reports from Workday to support the HRBPs and ensuring any data inaccuracies are flagged
Manage the return of annual appraisals from Line Managers and saving of appraisals on employee Workday record
Responsible for management of the HR EMEA JIRA inbox and responding to or assigning enquiries in a timely manner and escalating to HR Business Partners in a timely manner where necessary
Advise on informal Employee Relations issues as per Company Polices & Procedures and support in formal hearings as notetaker
Coordinating exit interviews and collating data to feedback to the wider HR team , including Employee Engagement data via Survey Monkey
Coordinate training events ensuring this is done in a timely manner
Working on other ad hoc HR projects and initiatives – such as Diversity and Inclusion events, Health and Wellbeing
We are looking for an individual who has a keen interest in Organisational Psychology and Human Resources and is looking to pursue a career in a similar field. Since Tag has a very fast-paced culture, and due to the ever-changing demands in the creative industry, some essential skills desired are adaptability, resilience, and a strong sense of time management. Besides, attention to detail, proactiveness, the ability to work collaboratively in a team, and strong IT skills (especially MS office applications) are highly appreciated.
