Job Summary
Our company is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to take a new role of Head of Sales and Marketing, leading both commercial activities and marketing efforts.
The successful applicant will have experience in overseeing both commercial and marketing functions at a senior level, with a proven track record of driving business growth, optimising marketing strategies, and leading teams within a commercial or marketing function. They will be an open-minded individual who thrives in a diverse team environment.
This position is responsible for developing and executing the company’s commercial strategy to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and profitability. This senior leadership role oversees sales, marketing, and customer success, ensuring alignment with the organisation’s strategic goals. The hire will be a key figure in fostering strong relationships, identifying market opportunities, and steering the business towards rapid growth.
