The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team player. You will be a junior developer responsible for the development of new software products and enhancements to existing products. You should excel in working with large-scale applications and frameworks and have outstanding communication and leadership skills.
You’ll be responsible for:
Producing high quality, maintainable code
Support in the design and development of complex software solutions
Partnering effectively with client project teams
You’ll have
3+ years of commercial software engineering experience in Java, Spring, Microservices.
Service oriented architecture development
TDD/BDD Experience working in an Agile environment
Natural self-motivation with a passion for delivering excellence
Great communication skills with the ability to build strong professional relationships
Curiosity with an ongoing desire to develop and learn
Good problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree / master’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering or related field
It would be great if you have
Knowledge of DevOps tools, e.g. Jenkins, Sonar and CI/CD principles
Experience with React/Angular frameworks
Financial Services and/or Software Consulting experience

You will be a senior data modeler/application designer responsible for the development of new software products and enhancements to existing products. You should excel in working with large-scale applications and frameworks and have outstanding communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain logical and physical data models to support audit and risk assessment processes.
Develop and implement reporting and analytics solutions using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Qlik
Design and develop interactive dashboards that effectively communicate audit insights and risk assessments.
Collaborate with auditors, business stakeholders, and IT teams to understand data requirements and ensure alignment with audit objectives.
Develop and maintain data dictionaries, metadata management, and schema documentation.
Perform data validation, integrity checks, and governance to ensure consistency and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Optimize and maintain data pipelines and data warehousing solutions for structured and unstructured data.
Utilize SQL, data modeling tools (e.g., Erwin, Visio), and scripting languages to define and implement database solutions.
Optimize dashboard performance and usability by implementing best practices in data visualization
Document data structures, business logic, and workflows to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing within the team.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in data modeling, database design, and data architecture.
Experience with data modeling tools such as Erwin, ER Studio, Lucidchart, or PowerDesigner
Strong expertise in SQL, relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Hands-on experience working with reporting and analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Qlik.
Proven expertise in dashboard design and data visualization best practices.
Knowledge of internal audit processes, risk management, and compliance frameworks is highly desirable.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and big data technologies (Hadoop, Snowflake, Databricks) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities.

Nice to have :

Experience in financial, banking, or regulatory environments.
Knowledge of data governance and data lineage tools

The Data Scientist will focus on analyzing and interpreting audit and risk data to derive insights that inform internal audit strategies. This role requires strong analytical, statistical, and machine learning skills combined with expertise in data visualization and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze audit and risk data to uncover patterns, trends, and anomalies.
