Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Collecting, consolidating, and prioritizing data quality control requirements for the Operations functions.
- Define the architecture, budget and governance of the data quality tools needed to implement these controls.
- Coordination and formalization of TOM CMO's work on data quality control issues [backlog management, implementation in tools, maintenance of existing controls and monitoring of control results].
- Implementing, maintaining and upgrading the application components used to ensure data quality in the CMO IS (Data Quality Management Framework - DQMF).
- Support for CMO operational staff in implementing data quality control processes and tools.

Deliverables
- All project management documents (governance, reporting) relating to the various aspects of the assignment.
- Ensure and coordinate working groups on the controls to be implemented.
- Support and supervise IT work to define an IT architecture and governance to operate the DQ IT solution.
- Support and supervise IT work on costing and planning the implementation of DQ's IT solution
- Ensure and coordinate working groups on the CMO TOM relating to Data Quality control with the MO and BO as well as with IT.
- The document describing the roles and responsibilities of the various CMO teams on DQ controls.
-Drafting of requirement expressions concerning the DQ controls to be implemented, such as data source, controls, and reporting.
- Drafting of Requirements Expressions concerning the evolutions of the DQMF solution to implement these DQ controls - type of controls, reporting, KPI, WF.
- Work with IT to ensure that requirements are understood and that the solutions implemented by IT correspond to the requirements and are correctly carried out.
- Answer functional questions from IT teams
- Coordinate the drafting of functional test cases for MOs and BOs on the project
- Coordinate user testing with IT and users, and support users in functional testing.
- Ensure compliance with requirements specifications and functional testing schedules
- Maintain project follow-up documents on functional tests.

- Expertise in Middle and Back Office post-trade processes for capital markets activities.
- Experience in implementing data quality tools.
- Project responsibility on Capital Market processing lines.
French language is a must.

Job Description

• Participate, lead and implement Cisco Telephony & Videoconferencing Projects.
• Occasionally assist operational teams (L1 & L2). Oriented to complex incident resolution
• Major incident (qualification, action plan, resolution, RCA, knowledge)
• Problem management
• Ensure the transfer of skills to technicians and engineers.
• Respond to specific customer requests in coordination with the Team Leader/SDM.
• Update technical documentation (HLD & LLD) and procedures.
• Perform hardware & configuration tests.
Skills:
• CISCO environment at least 5 years of experience.
• Good knowledge of the Cisco telephony and video conferencing environment.
o Knowledge of Cisco Telephony environment v12.5: (CUCM, Unity Connection, Jabber, IPPhone, ...)
o Knowledge of Cisco Video conferencing: CMS, and Cisco video conferencing (endpoints, TMS, ...)
• Knowledge of the VMware suite v7/v8.
• Mastery of SIP/H323 protocols.
• Extra Knowledge is a plus:
o Kurmi, Telisca, Real Time Monitoring tool, Prognosis, PeterConnects ecosystems
o Knowledge of WAN/LAN networks and security.
