We seek a skilled Data Analyst to join our team supporting a public sector client. In this pivotal role, you will collect, organize, and analyze data to uncover insights that drive decision-making and strategic planning.

Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:
Proficiency in Power BI and Plotly for data visualization.
Experience with JavaScript (React) for Front End data presentation.
Knowledge of Databricks and Azure ML for advanced data analytics.
Familiarity with Graph Databases for managing complex data relationships.
Strong skills in data cleaning, migration, and aggregation.
A solid understanding of data manipulation and linking techniques.
Excellent communication skills to summarize and present conclusions effectively
Job Responsibilities/Objectives
Apply tools and techniques for data analysis and visualization, including Power BI, Plotly, and React.
Manage, clean, and aggregate data from various sources.

The consultant will play a crucial role in embedding a robust operating model using ITIL best practices for the support of data and analytics use cases. The ideal candidate will build upon existing processes and drive initiatives to enhance ways of working, ensuring that the needs of all stakeholders, particularly end users, are effectively addressed.

Key Responsibilities:
Assess the current state of play within the IT Data Europe Run team and identify areas for improvement, specifically targeting these pain points:
Monitoring of the data platform
Effective ticket management/resolution/communication
Co-development between Build & Run squads working on the same product
Design and implement an action plan to address the main pain points
Review and enhance existing processes, ensuring they align with best practices to effectively support data and analytics use cases.
Design and implement new ITIL-compliant processes where gaps are identified in the current operating model.
Coach team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption of new/updated practices and processes.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate team members on ITIL principles and their practical application where applicable.
Develop KPIs and reporting to measure the effectiveness of implemented processes and drive continuous improvement.
Create documentation for all processes, procedures, and best practices to ensure knowledge retention and easy reference.
Act as a liaison between the Service Delivery team and other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Provide regular progress reports and recommendations to senior management.

Required Qualifications:
ITIL v4 certification or equivalent.
Proven track record in designing and implementing IT service management processes.
Strong understanding of data and analytics environments and associated support requirements.
Excellent project management skills with experience in leading cross-functional teams.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.

Desired Skills and Experience:
Familiarity with agile methodologies and their integration with ITIL practices.
Knowledge of relevant tools and technologies used in IT service management (ServiceNow).
Experience in change management and driving cultural transformation in IT organizations.
Understanding of data governance principles and practices.
Certifications in complementary areas such as COBIT, Six Sigma, or Project Management.

SAP EWM/WM Lead - 6 Month Contract (SC CLEARED) - FULLY REMOTE - United Kingdom

We are looking for an experienced Consultant to support a key project in the Aerospace & Defence sector. With a history of successful project lifecycles, you’ll bring expertise in EWM to implement and deliver cutting-edge solutions for a global client. This is a contract role in the UK requiring active SC security clearance or the ability to transfer it quickly.

Role Requirements

In-depth experience in all phases of project lifecycle for IM/WM
at least 3+ years’ experience of EWM
Experience of leading teams of Functional Consultants to implement global roll-outs
Understanding of agile methodology
Understand of touch points with functions PP/PI, QM, OTC and MTS
Business knowledge in Chemical industry
S4 Certified in EWM would be beneficial
Knowledge of TM would also be advantageous
