Proven experience in instructional design and the development of training programmes.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and inspire a diverse audience.
Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate) and Learning Management Systems.
A creative mindset with a passion for lifelong learning and development.

About the role

The Candidate Experience and Innovation team has been given the mandate to define new, distinctive user-experience based on AI innovation.
As an AI Engineer, you will build new AI capabilities using the latest technologies, such as AI Agents and Generative AI, to enhance Talent experiences. Initially, these experiences will focus on candidates, aiming to reimagine their interaction with the Group and recruiters throughout the hiring process.
We are developing new ways to interact, leveraging conversational UX, particularly voice-based interactions. These innovative solutions will rely on AI-driven backend components and be grounded in Adecco Group’s extensive job market data. They will also be designed in compliance with our Responsible AI policies, reflecting our core values.
The technical stack, particularly the AI components, will consist of both internal assets and capabilities from strategic partners. Scalable designs and architectures will enable the deployment of Candidate Experiences across the 40+ markets served by the Adecco Group.
Over time, these AI-powered experiences may be extended to other audiences, including associates, recruiters, customers, and internal users.
What you’ll be doing
Designing AI features for AI Agents in collaboration with the Lead AI Engineer, Product Managers, UX Designers, and Software Engineers.
Experimenting with new AI Agent concepts, algorithms and frameworks and supporting the industrialization of AI Agents.
Delivering the AI Agent roadmap to create business value by connecting innovative AI capabilities with real-world use cases and user experiences.
Applying the full development cycle of an agentic systems including CI/CD for AI Agents, Testing, guardrails, monitoring, and optimizing.
Implementing AI-powered user experiences, ensuring seamless interactions between candidates and recruiters.
Ensuring ethical AI and compliance with regulatory and corporate AI governance policies.
About you
Master’s degree in applied mathematics, Software Engineering, AI, or a related field.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Java.
Understanding of how generative models (e.g., Transformers, Diffusion Models, VAEs, GANs) are built, trained, and fine-tuned. Knowledge of pretraining, reinforcement learning with human feedback (RLHF), and model adaptation techniques.
Understanding of how to embed generative AI models (e.g., LLMs, Diffusion Models) into real-world applications, considering challenges like latency, API orchestration, prompt engineering, and inference optimization.

Our client a leading energy provider in the Warwick area has a requirement for a Junior Systems Engineer to join their team in an exciting and vital transformation period, bringing energy to life.
You will be aspiring to be a Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) engineer. This system is a critical national infrastructure for the real-time operation of the electricity transmission system, ensuring safety and system security standards are always maintained.
In this role you will be tasked with supporting and developing the business to ensure we have accurate, timely and controlled information from our assets to our end users. Applying your skill sets to find a better way to represent information for our end users whilst ensuring the highest levels of data quality.
The successful candidate will have the following desirable skills and experience; However, training and ongoing support is available.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Educated to degree level is essential, ideally in a STEM subject (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) - electrical engineering preferred. Alternative qualifications considered.
An analytical mindset with a methodical approach to accomplishing
tasks.Ability to read technical drawings.
Knowledge of AutoCAD would be advantageous.
Knowledge of Database management would be advantageous.
Power systems knowledge would be advantageous.
Have high personal standards of work and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively with all members of the team.
Able to write and review documents to a high standard.
Competent user of common applications such as Microsoft Office applications.
