We’re looking for a Lead Platform Engineer (Azure) to join a newly formed team in a fast-growing eCommerce business. You'll help build a cutting-edge digital platform (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-Native, Headless) that powers high-profile websites and apps, shaping the future of retail technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Proven experience leading software engineering teams, balancing technical and leadership responsibilities.
Proven experience developing and managing DevOps environments.
Extensive experience working with Docker and GitHub workflows for CI/CD pipelines.
Strong expertise in Terraform, configuring cloud environments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Knowledge of event-driven architectures and caching solutions such as Redis.
Hands-on experience with NoSQL/SQL databases and REST APIs in a microservices architecture
A pragmatic, delivery-focused attitude, with the ability to guide technical decisions and align with business objectives.

We are looking for an Engineering Manager based in the Southwest or Midlands to join a newly formed software team. The business is going through significant technological changes, which include the development of several new-to-market products, re-platforming some of its core services, and building out a new UK team that will drive technology innovation across the wider organisation.
This Microsoft specialist team (10-15 people) will leverage the latest Azure technologies, along with C# and RESTful APIs, to deliver substantial technological change across the organisation. Anyone joining this team should be passionate about modern software engineering practices, including Agile delivery, Test-Driven Development (TDD), DevOps, and cloud-first services.
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring high-quality project delivery.
Drive technical initiatives to enhance product capabilities and reduce technical debt.
