Our client within the Public Sector requires an experienced SC Cleared Commercial Director to lead in an infrastructure commercial solution. The role will report to the Group Commercial Director and be accountable for leading a team of 30 FTE to deliver an annual investment programme of circa £200m per annum in five key programme areas:
Ideally if you have 15 years in the commercial space, and 5 years managing large teams and delivery complex transactions and able to demonstrate commercial acumen - complex commercial solutions (major transformation, outsourcing as examples) we would like to hear from you.
Building Works - delivering series of upgrades to existing building fabric and systems
Civil Works - delivering new car parks and building extensions.
Equipment Re-kits - replacing obsolete complex equipment and technology.
Utilities Works - delivering improvement works to our electrical, gas and steam networks.
Demolition & Decommissioning - ensuring hazardous waste is removed from surplus assets and completing safe demolition activity.
You will lead a team of commercial professionals to deliver:
