Our client within retail is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect to join their existing Architecture Team. You'll be working within an established architecture function, Embedded into their ServiceNow Platform team, accountable for the ServiceNow solution and platform architecture. Your Role?

Our client within the Public Sector is looking for an experienced SC Cleared Senior Application Developer to join their existing Azure Development Team. Will should have extensive TOSCA experience, while working within an on Prem Azure stack. Ideally great test automation knowledge specific to Tosca. You will be designing and implementing the Tricentis Tosca application (Test Automation solution) onto the clients network environments to meet the security and ITIL governance rules and develop the operating model. Following the implementation they will then lead the initial creation of an Automation Test library and handover to in-house team.

Job Description
You will be responsible for executing the Design and Deployment of A Tosca Server on-prem implementation onto Azure infrastructure. You will be required to request Servers, databases etc from the infrastructure/DBA teams, and will be responsible for all installation/configuration of the Tricentis Application onto the architecture and produce required documentation (Requirements (functional and non-functional), High/Low level design, Delivery Model, Deployment Plan, Cyber assessment, Test Plan/Report, SLAs, Service model etc.)

You will be required to develop a proof of concept set of tests against two selected applications taking existing manual tests and developing a automated tests. This is likely to consist of approximately 75 test cases. One application is an inhouse application with .NET Web Front End and SQL Database backend. The other is SAAS application (HxGn Infor CloudSuite)
You will be responsible for training and handover of the application to an inhouse test automation team. The training will be specific to the delivered operating model and specific information around the clients Networks and lessons learned from the two applications used above. The current team have limited Tosca experience (all hold AS1) but have used Test Automation tools in the past.
Must hold SC clearance and parent company hold cyber essential+

Job Description
Our client within the Public Sector is looking for an experienced Product Owner/Manager to join their existing Commercial Transformation Team. will have a deep understanding of both product management processes and the nuances of content strategy, with the ability to align content creation goals with business objectives and user needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including with workstreams across People, Systems, Data/Reporting, Change/Comms and roles such as content creators, designers, to ensure that product and content is not only created but also optimized for user engagement.
Position Overview:
The Commercial Transformation Product Owner will report into the Transformation Director responsible day-to-day to drive the development of a new product we have termed Content Engine'.
The aim of the Content Engine is to provide users within the Commercial function a guided journey across the Commercial lifecycle from how to capture demand from the business, tender process preparation and execution through to the contract management activities. As the programme launches new ways of working and new processes, templates, systems, it is imperative that once launched, all the users work to the define model. The Content Engine will not only provide a guided journey and detail the steps required at each stage but will also make available rich content such as guidance notes, training content, videos etc.

Note: The Content Engine will not be built from the ground up but be configured using a SAAS solution
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Strategy & Vision:
Develop and communicate the product vision and roadmap, focusing on the guided journey and content-related features and functionality
Define product requirements and user stories for Content Engine including content creation, ensuring they align with the Commercial function's overall strategy and goals
Prioritize features, enhancements, and fixes based on value, user feedback, and content needs
Work closely with stakeholders leads across technical, process, policy to ensure the product and content aligns with user needs and that of the guided journey.
2. Product Development & Delivery:
Lead the product development lifecycle, from ideation and concept development to product launch and post-launch optimization
Ensure that product features are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (eg, sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives) to ensure the team is on track and aligned with goals
Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that features and improvements are aligned with business priorities and user needs
Make tough prioritization decisions and trade-offs, balancing business goals, customer needs, and technical constraints
3. Content Strategy & Creation:
Develop and implement content strategies that align with product goals and user needs
Develop strategies for content delivery mediums, including video, MS Office and other mediums
Develop a comprehensive content delivery plan, outlining key objectives, milestones, and deliverables.
Working with content creation team, to write, edit, and manage high-quality content for the product
Work closely with workstream leads to align on their objectives, milestones and plans
Collaborate with process and product owners to ensure content is user-friendly and supports a seamless user experience
Conduct content audits, usability testing, and user research to refine and improve content
Maintain content guidelines, style guides, and best practices to ensure consistency across all platforms
4. Performance Metrics and Reporting:
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of the product
Establish regular reporting mechanisms to clearly communicate progress and outcomes to key stakeholders.
