Bonhill Partners are partnering with a leading financial institution to hire an experienced Regulatory Reporting Business Analyst at AVP or VP level. This is a key role requiring a deep understanding of regulatory reporting requirements, strong analytical skills, and experience working closely with technology teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Business & Functional Analysis – Writing Business Requirement Documents and functional specifications for development teams.
Regulatory Expertise – Ensuring compliance with major regulations, including CFTC, EMIR, and MiFID II. Exposure to SFTR is a plus.
UAT & Implementation – Working on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure successful delivery of regulatory changes.
Post-Trade & T+1 Knowledge – Understanding post-trade processes and the impact of T+1 settlement timelines.
Regulatory Rule Analysis – Evaluating regulatory rule changes and their downstream impact on reporting, controls, and technology.
Data & XML Knowledge – Experience working with XML for regulatory reporting.
Change Management – Assessing the impact of regulatory changes on existing workflows and ensuring seamless integration.
Key Requirements:
Strong knowledge of regulatory reporting & transactional reporting across multiple jurisdictions.
Hands-on experience with CFTC, EMIR, MiFID II (SFTR is beneficial).
Prior experience working in financial services, ideally within investment banking, asset management, or a regulatory consultancy.
Ability to liaise between business, compliance, and technology teams to drive regulatory projects.
Product knowledge across Repo, Securities Lending, Equities, Bonds or OTC's nice to have.
Expertise in post-trade processes and T+1 settlement.
Strong understanding of regulatory data models, reporting frameworks, and structured data formats like XML.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Bonhill Partners are currently supporting an Investment Bank in their search for a Quantitative Developer, where the chosen individual will contribute to the development, maintenance, and enhancement of risk and pricing systems that support the trading desks across a range of asset classes.
What You’ll Do
Collaborate daily with quants, traders, and global tech teams
Enhance and maintain trade feed and caching software
Develop logic to support new financial derivative products
Investigate and resolve performance or pricing issues
Deliver high-quality, well-tested code
Provide on-call support as needed
What You’ll Bring
Must-Have:
2+ years of C# development experience in financial systems
Strong understanding of OOP principles
Hands-on experience with derivatives in equities or interest rates
Proficiency in at least one of: Linux, Python, SQL
Technical degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics
Nice-to-Have:
Experience working on a trading desk or in front office
Exposure to multi-threaded or concurrent systems
Familiarity with messaging middleware
