Take care of the hybrid cloud domain by demonstrating strong expertise in on-premise & cloud hosting, PaaS, backup processes, storage components & technology.
Oversee incident management and ensure adherence to SLAs.
Communicate with the business during outages to provide updates and resolutions
Coordinate and manage small changes within the IT environment (change management).
Establish, maintain, and ensure compliance with IT processes. Align processes with internal policies and practices, and continuously improve their efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate closely with internal technical teams and external partners.
Maintain delivery within the defined budgetary framework
