KEY RESULTS/ACCOUNTABILITIES EXPECTED FROM THE ROLE
Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Consultant plays a pivotal role in planning, executing, and managing MG's digital marketing campaigns. This includes both long-term strategic initiatives and short-term advertising efforts to strengthen the brand’s digital presence while ensuring legal compliance.
Your main responsibility will focus on the following missions:
Website Management: oversee the development, operation, and maintenance of brand websites. This includes website supplier management and coordination of website updates between HQ & local agencies, as well as the development and launch of local French web pages and brand digital portals. Validation of digital communication content globally, examine and approve the legal mentions and disclaimers, so as to reduce the company’s risks to the greatest extent.
Digital Media Campaign Management: design, execute, and optimize multi-platform digital media campaigns; develop media plans, set up campaigns, and oversee ongoing performance optimizations; analyze campaign data and prepare actionable reports for leadership.
Data-Driven Insights & Experimentation: identify trends, test innovative tools and formats to improve campaign performance; optimize budget allocation and digital strategies based on insights.
Social Media & Influencer Engagement: manage brand social media accounts, including paid campaigns and event promotions; collaborate with influencers to enhance brand reach and engagement.
Vendor Collaboration & Compliance: coordinate with digital media vendors and technology partners for campaign execution; ensure content and campaigns comply with GDPR and legal requirements, mitigating risks.
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND & EXPERTISE
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing.
Strong expertise in digital media platforms, campaign tools, and analytics software (e.g., Eulerian, Google Analytics, Power BI).
Strong experience in SEO, SEA, Display campaigns via a DCO tool (Adventori)
Fluent in French and English.
Familiarity with website management (CMS, such as Craft, and Shopify), and web personalization tool for AB Test experiences, and GDPR compliance.
Experience with CRM is a plus.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.

KEY RESULTS/ACCOUNTABILITIES EXPECTED FROM THE ROLE
As Salesforce and BI Reporting Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating projects related to the implementation and optimization of the Salesforce platform, as well as Business Intelligence (BI) and reporting solutions. You will work closely with technical and functional teams to ensure that solutions meet the company's strategic needs.
Your main responsibility will focus on the following missions:
Salesforce
Manage Salesforce Sales developments within the company, with a technical team (based in China).
Coordinate with various stakeholders to understand their needs and liaise between technical teams and end-users.
Oversee the deployment and updates of the Salesforce system.
BI reporting
Co-construct and manage daily reporting (to management, field teams and headquarters).
Analyze business needs and recommend appropriate BI solutions.
Draft specifications and organize meetings with business teams.
Create visualization tables and reports for the various business units (using BI tools such as Power BI).
Coordinate and deploy BI solutions.
Change support and management
Keep up to date with the latest Salesforce and BI innovations.
Support users with training sessions, functional support and documentation to ensure smooth adoption of new features.
Manage technical support to resolve post-deployment incidents and bugs.
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND & EXPERTISE
BAC +5, Business School background.
At least 2 years' experience in Salesforce and/or BI project management.
Highly skilled in Pack Office (Excel, PPT...).
In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform and BI tools (e.g. Power BI).
Project management skills.
Proactive, autonomous, organized, curious and analytical.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various parties, team spirit.
Knowledge of and interest in the automotive market is highly preferred.
Perfect command of French and English, both spoken and written, Chinese is a plus.
Salesforce certification a plus.
