Job Description

Gigged.AI is a freelance talent marketplace specialising in the IT and technology sector. We have an opportunity live at the moment with one of our clients for a Project Manager with LLM Experience
This is a remote based project with an expected duration of 6 months, with a budget of £65k. It is inside IR35.

Project Overview:
Working for a data and analytics consulting business, you will support one of their key clients in the motoring sector

They have a requirement for a project manager with strong analytics experience to help build and deploy an innovative LLM solution that can be used to better predict contact centre demand, identify customer needs and create triage / routing strategies that improve first contact resolution

Needs to have experience of language models, albeit not be a coder, but someone who can bridge between the data science team and the client, and ensure structured project delivery

Experience/skills required
Experience of LLM's (ChatGPT, LDA, BERT or similar) and their practical application in contact centre settings

Project management disciplines - waterfall and agile

Software development lifecycles and DevOps knowledge - to ensure the end solution is robust and meets the overall business requirement

Commercial acumen - to ensure the business case is clear and improvement targets are met

Project leadership and client engagement skills to ensure successful delivery
