Job Description
CK Group are recruiting for an Production Documentation Specialist, to join a global pharmaceutical company, based in Runcorn, on a contract basis for 9 months.

Salary:
£12.99 per hour PAYE plus 19% shift allowance (£15.46 per hour).

Shift Pattern:
12 hour shifts on a rota (0600- 1800 & 1800- 0600).

Production documentation Specialist Role:
To schedule, coordinate on-shift’ training, assessment & education, report any daily discrepancies to training schedule to Operations Management.
To schedule, monitor, maintain and analyse ‘on-shift’ development of staff, ensuring all development activities being carried out by all staff are in line with Individual Developmental Goals.
Review of shift based people KPIs performance, formally and informally to drive forward.
Perform routine meetings with all Operational Leaders to ensure continuous progress is being made, ensuring PDPs are in place and STEM pathways are linked into the wider training model for Operations Staff Monthly Activities.
Model answers for all operations owned competence assessments are created and maintained.

Your Background:
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, problem solving and analytical skills.
Demonstrated expertise in a similar role with high standards of confidentiality.
Scheduling.
Analysing of data reporting, Systems expertise.
Line Management, and budgetary accountability.

Planning is localised and deals with short to medium term in achieving filling, Pharmaceutical compliance, people development and supply chain targets.

Computational Chemist
Job Description
CK Group are recruiting for a Computational Chemistry Expert Researcher to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry at their site based in Bracknell on a contract basis for 12 months.
Salary:
PAYE £29.52- £38.93 per hour

Computational Chemistry Expert Researcher Role:
Own all aspects of the project SAR and communicate findings with a multi-site team
Lead understanding of ligands, target structure and 3D ligand-target interactions to design compounds to drive progress toward project goals
Partner with a wider project team to ensure collective success.
Develop or integrate in silico methods where necessary to solve project issues.
Stay on top of latest developments in AMR and computational chemistry
Promote the use of computational approaches and educate others in your areas of expertise

Your Background:
PhD or equivalent in Medicinal Chemistry, Computational Chemistry, Bioinformatics, or related field plus at least 3 year of experience in a drug discovery setting
Extensive experience with computational chemistry software and tools (in particular Schrodinger Suite, MOE, OpenEye or Cresset tools).
Experience in structure-based drug design, especially from fragment starting points
Knowledge of programming language, in particular Python, or workflow tools such as Knime or pipeline pilot.
Knowledge of drug discovery processes and pharmaceutical research.
Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a larger drug-hunting team.
