The Opportunity
We're looking for a Director of Software Engineering to lead three high-performing teams (C#, SQL, JavaScript) for a UK-based SaaS company. This role is fully remote, focusing on team leadership, technical oversight, and stakeholder engagement. You'll collaborate with customers and the US leadership team, driving innovation and ensuring high-quality software delivery.
What You’ll Need
Proven experience leading and managing software development teams (SaaS, Data Services, or similar).
Strong background in C#, .Net, SQL, and JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js, React, or similar).
Experience with Oracle non-SQL databases is highly desirable
Passion for Agile & Jira, ensuring smooth project workflows.

Infrastructure Engineer – 6-Month Contract
Location: Watford (on-site) | Rate: Competitive | Inside IR35

We’re supporting a globally recognised lifestyle brand in hiring an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join their EMEA HQ for a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a high-touch, hands-on position supporting a modern, fast-paced corporate office with global reach.
You'll act as the local IT presence - delivering 2nd line support across a broad range of technologies, supporting business-critical systems, and representing IT with professionalism across all levels of seniority.
Core Responsibilities:
Provide on-site Level 2 support across Windows 7/10/11, macOS, and iOS
Manage hardware lifecycle: PC builds, imaging, software deployment, upgrades
Support Microsoft 365 (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams), SCCM, and Intune environments
Handle daily support tasks including LAN patching, IT room maintenance, floor cabling
Provide setup and live support for AV/VC systems and executive meetings
Track and manage local IT assets through their full lifecycle
Support incident, problem, and change management in a structured, global IT environment
Collaborate with regional and global infrastructure teams; occasional EMEA travel may be required
Requirements:
Strong 2nd line support experience in a corporate or enterprise-scale organisation
Confidence supporting a mix of Windows and Mac environments
Experience with SCCM, Intune, Microsoft 365, AV/VC technologies, and basic networking
Understanding of ITIL-aligned incident/problem/change processes
Comfortable supporting users at all levels—from office staff to senior stakeholders
