We’re hiring a Full-Stack / Backend Engineer @ Sandra AI (Full-time – Paris, Station F)
At Sandra AI, we’re reinventing how car dealerships handle phone calls.
Every month, dealerships lose business because 30% of calls go unanswered and most leads don’t get followed up.
We’re building voice-first AI agents that pick up every call, qualify leads instantly, and book appointments on the spot — 24/7.
After joining Y Combinator, launching with dozens of dealerships in France and the US, and raising our first round, we’re now looking for a Full-Stack / Backend Engineer to help us scale.
You’ll work closely with the co-founders (ex-McKinsey, Bain, QuantumBlack) to ship fast, own core architecture decisions, and have a direct impact on a live product used by thousands of people.
What we’re looking for:
• Strong experience in backend development (Python / FastAPI preferred)
• Comfortable with cloud infrastructure & deployment (AWS / Docker)
• Solid engineering mindset: autonomy, reliability, and a taste for fast shipping
• Bonus: frontend xp
• Bonus²: passion for voice, AI, or the automotive space
Our stack:
• Python (FastAPI), PostgreSQL, AWS
• Real-time voice + AI infrastructure

• Full-time position based in Paris – Station F

• Language: English and French fluency required
