- Strong communication skills, able to articulate complex compliance issues effectively.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in an international setting.
- Familiarity with the insurance or reinsurance industry is highly desirable.
Language Skills:
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of Dutch or French is an asset.

As an Equipment Specialist, you will be responsible for managing purchases and coordinating industrial equipment acquisition projects for large-scale initiatives. You will participate in the design, development, and supervision of industrial equipment installation while ensuring compliance with safety standards, cost-effectiveness, and technological performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the entire procurement process for industrial equipment (tanks, pumps, filters, condensers, heat exchangers, evaporators, etc.).
Oversee the design, construction, and on-site reception of equipment (in-depth installation inspections).
Handle supplier management and contractual relationships in collaboration with local and international partners.
Read and interpret P&ID diagrams and data sheets.
Monitor and control construction and transportation costs to ensure budget compliance.
Work closely with engineering offices, manufacturing workshops, and third-party suppliers.
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Required Profile:
Degree in mechanical engineering, piping, or welding (A2, Bachelor's, Master's, or equivalent experience).
Experience in procurement management and materials knowledge.
Ability to read construction plans and work with welding and piping standards.
Experience in industries such as chemicals, metallurgy, petrochemicals, piping, or heavy industry.

Requirements:
