Candidate profile:
At Least 1yrs Commercial BA Experience ideally within a SaaS Company (essential)
IT Related Degree eg Computer Science or Similar (essential)

IT Skills: Highly IT literate and able to learn new digital skills quickly. The successful candidate will be working with internally developed software
Excellence interpersonal skills: Able to communicate effectively, persuasively and professionally with both internal and external customers.
Project & Program management: Ability to handle multiple concurrent activities with agility, set appropriate expectations and deliver complex projects on time
Data analytics: An aptitude for seeking higher value of insight from complex data sources and presenting this in the most compelling way.

Responsibilities:
Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to support their development across the product lifecycle. Activities include, but are not limited to;
Understanding & documenting client requirements
Product acceptance testing
Accurately document new product requests and track priority developments through agile development methodologies and internal digital Kanban system
Build relationships with new and existing clients to develop advocacy and strong, lasting partnerships.

Well known Global Consultancy based in Antwerp are looking for a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer.

**Local Infrastructure Engineering** (60%)
Manage full lifecycle of site infrastructure including OS/firmware patching, backup/restore, monitoring, and optimization. Deploy new systems and components according to architectural standards
Maintain critical services including Active Directory/Entra ID, SQL Server, VMware vCenter, PKI, and file/print services
Execute changes and resolve incidents following ITSM processes while maintaining comprehensive documentation

**Cloud Engineering** (30%)
Deploy and maintain IaaS/PaaS components and Landing Zones using DevOps and Infrastructure as Code principles
Manage cloud platform resources including patching and migration of on-premise systems
Resolve incidents and document changes according to ITSM processes

**Governance & Architecture** (5%)
Support solution design for on-prem and cloud environments
Participate in vendor discussions and Change Advisory Board meetings

**Domain Knowledge** (5%)
Stay current with infrastructure/cloud trends and maintain relevant certifications

All tasks performed in accordance with ISO 27001 and NIS2 security requirements.

Responsibilities
Perform technical and functional analyses
Develop Power Platform solutions (Power Automate, Power Apps) following best practices
Advise and assist users in their own Power Platform developments
Configure SharePoint sites
Provision and manage SharePoint sites via PnP PowerShell and C#
Write PowerShell scripts
Develop Outlook add-ins in C#
Develop C# applications for importing and transforming data from external systems (SAP, web services, SQL, ...)
Develop SPFx web parts and custom actions
Write Azure functions
Develop Azure web jobs
Perform migrations using Sharegate and PowerShell
Provide support for on-premises SharePoint applications
