We are seeking a support-oriented Network Engineer with strong technical expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in network security, routing, switching, and WiFi technologies, along with proven troubleshooting skills. This role requires a French-speaking professional who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and within a team.
Responsibilities:
Manage tickets, incidents, and service requests, ensuring timely resolution.
Investigate and troubleshoot network-related issues.
Implement infrastructure modifications such as configuration changes and equipment additions (installation handled by Field Engineers).
Provide Level 2 network support and assist Network Experts with operational tasks.
Monitor and optimize network performance.

Requirements:
Fluency in French (C2 level - CEFR).
Proven experience in network security, routing, switching, and WiFi technologies.
Experience with network monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience in implementing network infrastructure modifications.
Previous experience working in large enterprise environments
CCNA-level knowledge (or equivalent) is a plus.
Familiarity with ITIL processes is a nice-to-have.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of software development experience in one or more general purpose programming languages such as Java
