A dynamic and growing business with an international presence is looking for its first IT Manager to take ownership of all IT operations.

With close to 100 employees and continued expansion, this is a pivotal role in shaping the company’s IT strategy, ensuring seamless day-to-day support, user training, and delivery of longer-term technology projects as the business prepares for future expansion.

This role is both hands-on and strategic. It will involve everything from first-line support through to evaluating the company’s IT service model - whether refining the existing setup or selecting an external vendor.

The IT Manager will play a lead role in modernising IT infrastructure, optimising data storage, enhancing security, and ensuring the business is prepared for its next stage of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Take full ownership of IT operations, supporting employees across multiple locations.
Provide first-line troubleshooting and end-user support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Lead IT onboarding and offboarding, ensuring smooth setup and security protocols.
Assess, manage, and optimise IT infrastructure, including network, cloud, and storage solutions.
Oversee IT security policies, ensuring compliance and conducting regular employee training.
Manage contracts and vendor relationships, ensuring cost-effective solutions and renewals.
Support multiple project sites with tailored IT solutions, including internet and WiFi setup.
Implement and manage a meeting room booking system and upgrade AV systems.
Oversee mobile contracts, ensuring cost efficiency and optimal service.
