Job Description

The Strategic Account Manager is part of the EMEA Transformation Office and is responsible for supporting some of the largest customers in EMEA to achieve faster maturity in their Identity Security Program. We help these customers to convert, modernize and redefine their Identity Security or Legacy PAM program, developing new strategies for securing privileged access across their modern environments, often dovetailed with digital transformation, cloud adoption or data center modernization efforts. The role reports to the AVP EMEA, Transformation.

Responsibilities:


Manage a small existing large enterprise customer accounts (and their subsidiaries), retaining and growing revenue/ ARR through timely renewals, uplifts and cross-sell to drive positive NRR.
Drive transformation programs, aligning closely with the wider teams.
Identify and engage new stakeholders, in new areas of investment outside of traditional PAM, building compelling business justifications.
Cultivate and manage relationships with strategic partners, alliances and advisories to understand companies’ strategic investment agendas.
Build and execute territory plans with Quarterly and Annual Business Reviews (QBRs)
Build and advance near-term and long-term qualified pipeline
Management of all contact activity, prospecting, pipeline development, forecasting, negotiating, pricing, and closing and executing contracts
Perform bi-weekly meetings with the territory Sales Engineers and Professional Services Engineers to assess the status of all existing accounts, and to expedite the roll-out and up-sale/cross-sale processes
Collaborate with and engage the right CyberArk technical experts to provide an accurate and compelling story on our products’ strengths and capabilities to win deals.


Qualifications

What you need to succeed:


Proven success in engaging with C-level executives and influencing strategic decision-making through B2B software sales
Experience in managing and closing large-scale deals (8-figure+) with a strong ability to navigate complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders in enterprise FSI accounts.
A knack for asking insightful, strategic questions that uncover key business needs and drive tailored solutions.
Ability to thrive in dynamic environments, adjusting quickly to new challenges and shifting priorities.
Privileged Access Management or Identity Access Management experience is ideal
Ability to craft and articulate compelling business propositions
Experience selling SaaS/Subscription/Cloud solutions preferred
Experience working effectively with advisory, channel, and ecosystem partners to drive sales and create impactful solutions is a plus.

Job Description

The Strategic Partner Sales Manager (SPSM) is an experienced professional responsible for the implementation and expansion of indirect sales models globally, resulting in incremental revenue to the CyberArk. The role involves the execution on all phases and aspects of pipeline development and partner enablement as well as on-going strategic account management of indirect and/or influence sales to end-customer organizations. The SPSM will be the primary contact in EMEA at the executive level for one of CYBR’s largest global system integrator and will be responsible for managing the overall corporate relationship with this partner. The SPSM will develop and executive a global partner plan that covers a variety of relationship and partnership building activities such as the sponsorship of customer events, organizing prospect meetings, executive connect meetings, enablement and certification development sessions, go-to-market sales strategy creation, innovation development and regular partnership governance reviews.

Responsibilities:


Develop, drive, and execute sales plan with global strategic partner
Assist partner in delivering CyberArk solutions to joint customers in conjunction with CyberArk field sales and services teams
Develop and execute channel marketing campaigns that drive incremental revenue for CyberArk and the assigned partner
Present CyberArk solutions at partner speaking engagements
Develop and deliver custom sales presentations and demonstrations
Demonstrate a “whatever-it-takes” attitude to ensure CyberArk’s partners are knowledgeable, driven and successful at delivering our solutions to their customers and prospects


Qualifications


10+ years’ experience building and managing global system integrator or advisory partner relationships
Strong technical aptitude a must
Must be motivated by driving influence or indirect revenue with a record of quota over-achievement
Ability to recruit, manage and grow partnerships that deliver value added services in Information Security, Identity & Access Management, and Privileged Access Security
Experience working in a hybrid sales environment of direct and indirect sales and building cross-functional teams
Excellent presentation and written communication skills
Must be a strategic thinker, leader and tactical implementer
Exceptional relationship and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree required, with advanced degrees desired
Wiling to travel is required (approximately 50%)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, curious and driven software engineer to join the founding team of an exciting new area of our business. Workload Identity presents a huge opportunity to change the way that communication between services is secured. It is also a challenging area which touches on many different foundational pieces of modern software development – networking, security, authorization, SDKs, cloud, Kubernetes and much more.

CyberArk is putting together a new team dedicated to tackling this problem, and are looking for an experienced engineer to help shape both the team and the technology. Working closely with a small team you will prototype product ideas and work quickly to iterate and experiment, before moving to productionize the best ideas.

We are looking for an engineer with experience of at least one of security, networking, cloud or Kubernetes, ideally with specific experience related to the area of Workload Identity. This role has a lot of scope for growth, and will require being adaptable as we move through the product development lifecycle and grow the team.

Responsibilities:


Design and develop software to solve Workload Identity challenges, from prototyping to production, and including client and server, mostly in Golang
Collaborate with a close-knit team to refine ideas and produce code
Reviewing code of others and providing feedback
Debug and resolve issues in systems you will become familiar with and reproduce, troubleshoot, and resolve customer-reported issues.
Create quality design documents and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools.
Provide help and guidance to others in your area(s) of understanding.
Proactively communicate the status of your work to others on your team and contribute productively to collaborative discussions.


Qualifications


Strong software development background including design, implementation, and testing
Knowledge of software development in Golang
Knowledge / experience in some/all of networking, security, cloud, Kubernetes, encryption, PKI, JWT, SPIFFE
Experience solving problems at enterprise scale, performance and quality standards
Experience in product development and working with product managers and field teams
The drive and curiosity to take on a new challenge and work as a team to solve it, wherever that may take us
