As the ideal candidate, you are a detail-oriented professional who thrives in an operational context. The position of (CRM) Market Settlement Operator requires strong analytical skills and a passion for working with data and numbers in a dynamic team environment.
You will operate the CRM Availability Monitoring and Settlement processes from October 2025 onward.
You will execute operations related to the delivery of contracted services, monitoring, and documenting service quality and remuneration.
You will produce periodic and ad-hoc reports on the capacity remuneration mechanism performance for internal and external stakeholders.
You will actively participate in the Prequalification process of the CRM during the summer of 2025, learning operations that will prepare you for your future tasks.
You will manage operational queries from CRM candidates and internal stakeholders in collaboration with Key Account Managers.
You will contribute to process improvements by providing feedback to Implementation Managers.
You will ensure accurate respect for established processes, collaborating with various departments to achieve operational excellence.
Requirements
You hold a Master's degree in engineering, economics, or exact sciences.
You have at least 1 year of relevant professional experience.
You possess strong data skills in Excel and knowledge of Outlook applications like Word and PowerPoint.
You are proficient in English and either Dutch or French, with a basic understanding of the other language.
You have a strong analytical mindset and enjoy working with numbers, data, and IT tools.
You are capable of working autonomously while managing multiple tasks and priorities.
You are a team player who is not afraid of complexity and aims for accuracy and timeliness in your work.
You demonstrate a desire to grow your expertise in the electricity market.
You are capable of working with or programming in Python or similar environments for data analysis.
You hold a work permit and a valid residence permit confirming your right to work in Belgium (for non-EU candidates).

Requirements
Vous avez au moins 5 ans d'expérience en tant que Business Data Manager ou Data Scientist.
Vous maîtrisez des outils comme Excel, Python, et Power BI pour l'analyse et la visualisation des données.
Vous avez une bonne compréhension des systèmes de gestion de bases de données tels que MySQL et le langage SQL.
Vous êtes un excellent communicateur.
Vous montrez une forte capacité à résoudre des problèmes complexes.
Vous avez l'habitude de travailler en étroite collaboration avec diverses équipes.
Vous êtes capable de prendre des décisions basées sur des analyses stratégiques.
Vous êtes à l'aise avec la manipulation et le nettoyage des données pour garantir leur cohérence.
Vous êtes titulaire d'un Master en Data Science, Data Engineering ou IT.
