Quelle sera votre mission ?
Le scrum master aura pour mission la gestion de plusieurs teams en charge du développement de solutions informatiques basées sur les technologies Java. Les teams sont composés d'analystes fonctionnels, de développeurs, d'architectes et de testeurs. Il sera question de viser une organisation Agile orientée produit mais également visant à garantir la continuité des services et applications en production. L'introduction et la gestion d'une stratégie de test sera également une mission crucial pour le scrum master et ce, afin de garantir une qualité accrue dans la livraisons de solutions IT.

Votre profil :
Au moins 8 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire
Expérience confirmée de Scrum Master
Vous connaissez Jira/Confluence
Vous connaissez également BPMN (ou autre système de notation)
Vous avez une excellente connaissance de: DevOps, Java, Office 365, UML
Vous avez des connaissances en automatisation des tests
Expérience en gestion de personnes et de projets
Vous avez de l'expérience dans le coaching des membres de l'équipe

Role Overview:
As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying features across both the frontend and backend of our applications. You will work within a complex technical ecosystem, utilizing cutting-edge technologies like Java 21, React.js, and MongoDB. Responsibilities:
Agile Workflow & Deliverables:
Participate in Agile sprints, utilizing JIRA for task tracking and adhering to sprint goals (minimum 8 story points per sprint, two releases).
Feature Development:
Develop new features for both frontend and backend.
Utilize Java 21 and Scala for backend development, leveraging modern features and performance improvements.
Build responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.js.
User Support:
Provide timely and effective support for Production and Non-Production environments during UK business hours.
Cross-Browser Compatibility:

Deploy code to Non-Production environments and manage Change Requests for Production deployments.
Design Documentation:
Create UML diagrams for new designs prior to development.
Third Party Integration:
Communicate through rest calls with external systems.

Technical Skills & Experience:
Backend:
Strong proficiency in Java 21 and Scala.
Experience with MongoDB and Morphia.
Knowledge of RPC (Remote Procedure Call) and Solace messaging platform.
Frontend:
Expertise in React.js for building modern user interfaces.
Build, Deployment & Event Management:
Experience with Gradle 7 for build automation.
Familiarity with TeamCity for CI/CD.
Experience with Solace.
Automation Testing:
Knowledge Cypress automation platform.
General:

We are in search of a Windows Systems Administrator (IAM) to join one of our team who're integrated on-site / remotely with one of our most valued and interesting customers.

Requirements:
6+ Years IT experience
2-3 years of experience in Security or Identity & Access Management.
Experience with Certificate Management (PKI) and associated platforms (Sectigo/Comodo, Digicert, Venafi) at a deep technical level.
Experience managing and implementing Venafi
Good Project Management, inter-personal & communications skills and ability to adapt to change, move fast, take charge, and work with ambiguity. Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Good understanding of Security Architecture and Application Design and Integration
Experience supporting a service, creating run books, documentation, and support.
Scripting Experience in PowerShell or a similar language.
Knowledge of firewalls, Load Balancers, and port/protocols involved with connectivity
Ability to troubleshoot issues and interact with end user administrators and explain PKI
Prior Management or Security Experience
