Job Title
Low-Latency Engineer
Job Description
This one’s for the smart builders.

We’re working with a crypto infrastructure startup in London that’s quietly becoming a major player in Ethereum block production. Backed by top VCs and run by founders with exits and pedigrees from Google, YC, LSE, and Imperial. This is a rare chance to help shape a company that’s serious about engineering and even more serious about impact.

What they’re building:
They are developing low-latency trading and MEV infrastructure at the heart of the Ethereum transaction supply chain. They operate one of the biggest block builders on Ethereum today, and they’re on a mission to bring centralized efficiency into decentralized networks.
If you love writing high-performance systems in Rust and want to work alongside people who are as obsessive as you are, this one’s worth a look.

What you’ll be doing:
Optimizing and extending the block builder engine
Designing auction systems and transaction sequencing logic
Shipping performant, multi-threaded, low-latency code that handles serious throughput
Working with a team that values smart decisions, fast iteration, and zero ego

What they’re looking for:
2+ years of solid programming experience in Rust or adjacent languages (C/C++/Go/Java), with a desire to go deep on Rust
Background in high-performance systems: trading, infra, real-time data, distributed systems
Strong knowledge of concurrency, databases, and system architecture
Understanding of the Ethereum stack, EVM, and ideally MEV (or serious curiosity about it)
Based in London or happy to relocate

Who this suits:
You like building difficult things. You’ve probably automated half your life, you learn quickly, and you get a kick out of solving hard problems with other smart people. You’ve got an edge, and you’re not afraid of ownership.

What’s on offer:
Competitive comp + equity
London-based, in-person role (not remote)
Early-stage team with founders you’ll work alongside directly
Huge technical challenges, lots of autonomy, zero bureaucracy
London, United Kingdom

Job Title
Blockchain Integration Engineer
Job Description
A small but highly technical crypto infrastructure team is hiring a Blockchain Infrastructure Engineer to help scale and expand their core systems. The team already plays a major role in Ethereum block production and sequencing, and they're now broadening their scope to other high-performance blockchain domains.

Think distributed systems, protocol-level architecture, and low-latency infra design. They’re looking for someone who thrives in early-stage environments, moves fast, and takes full ownership of what they build. You’ll be joining a tight-knit group of senior engineers who value clarity of thought, autonomy, and technical excellence.

What you'll be doing:
Expanding state-of-the-art block building and sequencing infrastructure into new blockchain ecosystems
Maintaining and improving current systems with a focus on performance, reliability, and scalability
Leading design and architecture of greenfield projects
Writing production-quality Rust (or equivalent systems-level language)
Making key decisions that shape the direction of the company’s infrastructure stack

What they’re looking for:
Professional experience writing Rust (or C/C++/Go with an interest in Rust)
Solid backend or infrastructure engineering background
Strong understanding of distributed systems, networking, and system-level performance
Comfortable in ambiguous, fast-moving environments — someone who learns quickly and gets things done
Experience owning and delivering complex engineering projects end-to-end

Nice to have:
Prior experience in the crypto space (L1/L2 infra, validators, MEV, protocol engineering)
Familiarity with node operations, testnets, or smart contract pipelines
Interest in block production, sequencing, or scaling blockchain performance

This is a high-trust, low-ego team working at the cutting edge of blockchain infrastructure. They're not looking for checkbox resumes, they’re looking for sharp engineers who can think independently, move fast, and build systems that actually scale.

If that sounds like your kind of environment, let me know and I’ll share more.
