Our Products:

A²ECF-SEMI: A comprehensive software framework for developing control software for robotized equipment (e.g., cluster tools), enabling communication with users (GUI) and factory IT systems (MES/Host/EAP).

Agil'GEM: A SECS/GEM library to connect production equipment to MES (or Host) systems in semiconductor fabs.

Agil'GEM300: A connectivity library building on Agil'GEM to implement GEM300 automation standards, including E40 for Process Job, E94 for Control Job, and E87 for Carrier Management.

Speech Scenario: An MES simulation software based on SECS/GEM standards for enhanced factory communication testing and validation.
