Job Description: Founding Product Designer | Fintech | £60k - £70k

This is an opportunity to join a very early stage Fintech business and be a key player in driving their growth and building the product

You'll be joining a small team of 5 and working closely with the Founder, Frontend/UX Lead and Backend Lead who all bring a wealth of experience within the Fintech industry.

This role is the right fit if you...

Have had previous experience of working in early stage startups; ideally within pre-seed to Series A businesses.
You thrive in fast-paced environments and get excited by the opportunity to define processes and work on greenfield projects
Building products from scratch is your passion. You want to take ownership of launching 0-1 products and shipping at pace.

What they're looking for in this design hire...

This is a first design hire, whilst the Lead Frontend/UX Engineer is there for support you will be taking full ownership of the web app and mobile experiences.
As a product designer you have proven that you can lead design from user research and collecting data, building prototypes and testing on users, making iterations and polishing final visual designs
Your portfolio showcases a range of case studies that detail how you made a complex problem into a user-friendly experience, with data to backup your impact.

Location: South West London, 3 days a week onsite
Salary: £50k - £70k
