Bakia is a consulting firm that specialises in transforming finance functions. Using our select pool of experts we take a bespoke approach to co-develop solutions with our clients.

Since 2013, Bakia's mission is to help its clients - large corporations and financial institutions - to solve issues related to transforming finance functions. It explores innovative new solutions to anticipate tomorrow's challenges, whilst providing the support necessary for the accompanying changes.

Bakia's offer is based on 4 pillars to transform the finance functions : the transformation of financial management models, of the organisation, of the processes and digital transformation.

With people at the heart of Bakia's methodology, all finance transformation projects are managed with a special focus on change management.

Based in Paris and Hong Kong and with a team of 15 consultants, Bakia is a human-sized company that carries out projects in France and abroad.
