We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Architect to lead technical transitions across multiple technical towers. The ideal candidate will have expertise across a broad range of technologies and strong architectural capabilities to ensure smooth and efficient transitions.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee technical transitions across multiple technical towers while minimizing operational disruptions.
Design and implement architectural solutions for Active Directory, Entra ID, M365 applications (OneDrive, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online), Copilot agents, Power Platform.
Provide advanced support and troubleshooting for Intune and SCCM across Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android platforms.
Architect and deploy Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, including Citrix Cloud, Azure Virtual Desktops, and Windows 365 PC.
Manage application packaging for Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android environments.
Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), High-Level Designs (HLDs), and Low-Level Designs (LLDs).
Automate tasks and optimize processes using PowerShell scripting and other automation tools.
Conduct knowledge transfer sessions to mentor and train team members, ensuring smooth transitions.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for workplace services and automation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement integrated workplace service solutions.


What we are looking for:

Extensive experience in Active Directory and Entra ID architecture and management.
Strong proficiency in M365 applications, including OneDrive, Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint Online.
In-depth knowledge of Copilot agents and Power Platform solutions.
Experience with LRS VPSX printing and output management.
Advanced expertise in Intune and SCCM for managing Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android devices.
Deep understanding of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, including Citrix Cloud, Azure Virtual Desktops, and Windows 365 PC.
Proven experience in application packaging for multiple platforms.
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation tools.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead knowledge transfer sessions.

Requirements of the role:
