We are looking for an External SecOps Engineer to join the Digital Solutions and Innovation (DSI) Infrastructure department. The successful candidate will be part of our infrastructure team, responsible for building and maintaining a stable and secure server, workstation, and network infrastructure. Our environment includes 3,000 servers, 9,500 workstations, and 4,000 network devices, supporting over 50 production lines.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze calls, tickets, and technical findings from our external central SOC, translating them into concrete actions for the infrastructure team.
Work closely with cybersecurity team leaders, providing technical support for audits, assessments, penetration tests, and governance-related tasks.
Drive the technical implementation of cybersecurity-related projects (both large and small).
Actively monitor our cybersecurity products, platforms, and applications such as Active Directory, FortiAnalyzer, Nessus, and SentinelOne.

Technical Profile
Master’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Knowledge or strong interest in security platforms and products such as SentinelOne, Darktrace, Nessus, and Fortinet products.
Advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems (all server and client versions).
Experience with Microsoft PowerShell and SQL Server queries.

Job Title: DevOps Transformation Consultant

Overview: We are seeking an experienced DevOps Transformation Consultant to formalize current DevOps practices and processes, define and execute a transformation plan, and drive organizational efficiency by streamlining and improving development and operations practices.

Key Responsibilities:
Work as part of the Engineering Excellence team within the Technology Office.
Collaborate with key stakeholders, including IT leadership, DevOps & FinOps communities, and engineering teams.
Define and implement a transformation plan to enhance DevOps practices.
Conduct a detailed assessment of current processes, workflows, and maturity levels.
Identify areas for improvement and recommend best practices.
Develop a roadmap and milestones for the transformation journey.
Provide bi-weekly progress reports and updates to leadership.
Define and support onboarding initiatives for the new DevOps Operating Model.
Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions to promote DevOps adoption.

System Engineer for LAND systems
Job Description
Mission:
As part of the LAND engineering group, the System Engineer for LAND systems will be the primary technical reference for the C2 and Communication Systems (Command, Control, Communications)) solutions designed on-site.
The system engineer will be the primary technical interface for customers and will ensure that the customer needs are considered during the solutions & product development. He/She will ensure technical coherency between the projects and bids related to our major customer accounts.
The system engineer should have experience in Vehicular systems (mission systems), BMS C2 systems and Radio, which are the main components of the global system.
Main Responsibilities:
· Understand and analyse the customer operational concepts and ORBAT (how customer deploys solutions in its organisation);
· Identify technical solutions and leads the architecture definition to meet the customer requirements ;
· Lead the technical roadmap definition of C2 solutions for key customer accounts in order to ensure it fits the customer needs (interoperability,…)
· You will be the main technical interface with the customer for cross projects and bids;
· Bring state of the art expertise for C2 solutions, through past experiences and you continuously remain informed of market developments, including communications (radios and network);
· Take the lead in the system specification process;
· Translate the customer requirements into technical specifications and support the subcontractor’s choice for any needed subsystem acquisitions;
· Contribute to the technical documentation (High Level Design, Low Level Design, Configuration Documents, User Manuals, Testing plan);
Profile:
· Engineering degree in Electronics / Telecommunications;
· At least 5 years relevant experience in the development or deployment of defense C4ISR solutions.
· Technically passionate and curious for technologies. Based on his/her previous expertise in Defense C2 systems, he/she will be eager to discover new technologies.
· Good understanding and knowledge of radio systems, IT systems and IP networks.
· Knowledge / understanding of System engineering lifecycle and of the IVVQ process;
· Knowledge of cybersecurity solutions is a plus.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
