As a Tester, responsible for quality, you will be working development and product management teams to establish and apply best practices in quality assurance and software development lifecycle.
You are responsible for functional and non-functional test plans, from preparing test plans based on business requirements/specifications, developing test scenarios, defining acceptance criteria, executing test scenarios, and analyzing results to validate that the tested solutions meet specifications.
This includes, among others, integration testing, regression testing, component testing, and user interface testing. You also handle continuous testing with deployment pipelines (Azure DevSecOps).
You have access to logical data models, physical data models, and workflow diagrams to design test cases.
You work with multiple teams and product owners to define key KPIs for monitoring and testing the quality of applications/services.
You create and communicate clear test reports, detailing the types of tests performed and their results.
You track issue resolution and coordinate with developers and/or third parties until full resolution.
