Expectations: Work Monday–Friday 8 a.m.–5 p.m., uphold individual health & safety responsibilities, maintain accurate documentation, and achieve KPI targets with a focus on first‑time fix rates. Key Responsibilities - Conduct SFG 20‑standard PPM on generators, emergency lighting, L8 equipment, and plant across 51 stations. - Respond to reactive service calls, diagnosing and repairing faults to first‑time fix standards. - Complete detailed engineer worksheets, capture pre‑ and post‑job photos, and provide remedial quotations. - Identify lifecycle replacement needs and log potential future work. - Submit weekly timesheets, expense reports, and client paperwork; obtain customer signatures for invoicing. Required Skills - Proficiency in planned maintenance and reactive repairs for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. - Knowledge of SFG 20 maintenance procedures. - Emergency lighting fundamentals (units 1 & 2). - Generator load testing and L8 (life‑saving control) awareness. - Ability to source and prepare remedial quotations; strong documentation and communication skills. Required Education & Certifications - Trade qualification in Plumbing, Mechanical, or Electrical (or equivalent). - Diploma or certification in emergency lighting fundamentals (units 1 & 2). - Generator load testing qualification. - L8 awareness certification. - IPAF and PASMA training (or equivalent safety certification).

Job Description
**Job title:** Customer Service Host **Role Summary:** Provide high‑quality passenger greeting, booking, and allocation services at an airport host desk, ensuring adherence to SLA times, system entry accuracy, and smooth terminal operations. Manage and support a team of Customer Care Agents (CCAs), maintain compliance with data protection and disciplinary procedures, and report incidents. **Expectations:** - Deliver legendary customer service to all passengers, including PRM (Persons with Reduced Mobility). - Maintain continuous service levels, scalability during disruptions, and adhere to regulatory standards. - Coach, mentor, and oversee direct reports to meet SLA targets and operational metrics. **Key Responsibilities:** - Greet passengers at host desk (lands‑side or air‑side) and assess service needs. - Allocate passengers to CCAs and ensure entry into the tracking system and CAA mobile devices. - Provide full customer service, including assisting PRMs and ensuring respectful treatment of all passengers. - Monitor SLA times, identify potential failures, and report to CEM/CES. - Expedited transfers across terminal, ensuring timely departure of flights (offloads/loading). - Manage orders, close passes with comments, and record job reports. - Handle equipment faults, injuries, accidents, and near‑miss incidents via incident/accident reports. - Liaise with Allocators and handling agents during delays or disruptions to keep passengers informed. - Support Ambassador or other contracts as required, following training. - Call Allocators to inform of extra passengers. - Maintain staff discipline, absence management, and GDPR‑compliant paperwork. - Use pager system according to procedures. **Required Skills:** - Strong customer‑service orientation, communication, and problem‑solving. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team under pressure. - Proficiency with host desk software, PDA systems, and tracking/booking platforms. - Familiarity with SLA monitoring and incident reporting. - Leadership: coaching, mentoring, discipline, and absence management. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. - Ability to work weekend shifts and manage a 4‑on/4‑off schedule. **Required Education & Certifications:** - UK driving licence (max 3 points). - Indefinite Right to Work in the UK. - Minimum of 5 year checkable employment history with 4 references. - No specific formal education level required; relevant experience or equivalent training preferred. ---
