Mission context

The Tribe AI’s objective is to leverage data science use cases to create value for the bank. The use cases can come from any department of the Bank, for instance: Robotics, Compliance, Client service center,Marketing, Sales, ...
We are looking for an external consultant who can help us to use new generative AI tools like ChatGPT and Microsoft Office CoPilot to improve our employee productivity and efficiency in our standard activities. The consultant will work with different business users from different parts of the bank, such as marketing, sales, and back office, and with different profiles, such as managers, project managers, sales people, etc.

Function description

Design and create the prompts that can elicit the best responses from the generative AI tools, using prompt engineering techniques and best practices
Understand the business needs: Identify the use cases, the business need and scenarios where our generative AI tools can add value and solve problems
Test and evaluate the quality and accuracy of the generative AI tools' outputs, using appropriate metrics and feedback mechanisms
Train and coach the business users on how to use the
generative AI tools eectively and responsibly and begin to set in place a prompt academy
Document and communicate the results and learnings of the project

Education
You have at least a Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline, such as statistics, mathematics, engineering (a PhD is considered an advantage) or MBA.
Candidates with other academic backgrounds with substantial knowledge of prompt engineering technics are also encouraged to apply.

Required experience/ knowledge
You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in Data Science and
Analytics.

Technical experience

Deep knowledge of generative AI tools, such as ChatGPT, Mistral, Llama, etc and Microsoft Office CoPilot, and their underlying principles of large language models
Strong experience in advanced prompt engineering, including designing, creating, testing, and optimizing prompts for different tasks and domains
Microsoft Office Copilot + Copilot ChatGPT, Gemini, ...

Business experience

Business understanding and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and vice versa
Communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to explain complex concepts and results in a clear and concise manner

Job Description

The mission of Predictive Analytics team within Marketing and Communication department is to develop, deploy and support usage of AI models to increase the reach and relevance of the campaigns.

As ML Engineer you will manage the data science ecosystem of the team to build and run our models (Domino Data Science Platform), setup data preparation pipelines, assure and monitor the quality of data sources used to generate indicators, run and monitor the performance of the models.

Function description
The Predictive Analytics team is looking for a Machine Learning (DevOps) Engineer with a proven track record on developing and deploying data science models in python environment as well as experience in data engineering.

You are part of data science team and will work on the following:

Manage the execution and quality assurance of the monthly production run from data preparation, scoring and validation of different AI models and analytical indicators. Improve the automation of this process to make it more efficient
Maintain and improve the existing python programs for collecting and validating data from different sources, for building, scoring, and performance monitoring of AI models of the team (e.g. python version upgrades)
Interface between data scientists and IT to support the usage of the Domino Data Science Platform, the AI building blocks and the evolution of the python environment.
Assist data scientist by helping them identify and install the correct dependencies in their environment, best practices for code quality, continuous improvement and automation
Support the creation of new variables (data engineering), automatic refit of the data science models
Explore new ways of combining the available tools of the bank (AI building blocks from Tribe AI) to unlock new capabilities for building AI products and supporting the data scientists.
Work with a team of motivated data scientists who are eager to learn, collaborate and share expertise.
