The role is a senior role where the individual will lead on testing across a transformation programme aimed at implementing new financial systems and ensure compliance with Financial standards IFRS9 and 17.
This role will be required to have the following experience:
Proven experience as a Senior Test Manager on large-scale, complex Financial Transformation programmes, ideally IFRS17 and/or IFRS9.
Strong knowledge of finance systems (eg D365, Aptitude) and an understanding of finance processes (eg, GL, AP, AR, FP&A).
Expertise in defining and managing test strategies, plans, and execution across multiple workstreams.
Exceptional leadership skills, with a track record of managing and motivating large, diverse testing teams.
Proficient in testing tools and frameworks, with a focus on automation and continuous improvement (eg, JIRA, DevOps).
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to senior executives.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results.
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to finance transformation projects.
Qualifications
ISTQB Advanced Level or equivalent certification.
Project Management certification (eg, PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage.
Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
Hybrid - London 2 days per week

My Investment Banking client is looking for a Windows Tech Engineer
Experience automating application build, configuration, and maintenance - Integration of environment tooling/apps along the lines of Active Directory, SMTP, SIEM, ITSM etc. Needs to be able to create Ansible Playbooks and PowerShell scripts from scratch, given requirements. Competent in configuration, build, use of GitHub and REST API's. Hands on engineering knowledge of the Windows Operating System. Strong troubleshooting skills. Proven experience of working in a global scale highly regulated environment with focus on security, resilience, and automation. Strong skills in Windows operating systems and support of large infrastructures at a senior level. Strong experience in developing with at least one Scripting language.
Please note this is not a support role, my client require someone with the skills and experience to provide solutions (write/amend code etc) candidates who purely execute and run scripts are not what they are looking for.
Any experience of working on IAM/PAM (Identity Access Management/Privileged Access Management) projects would be a huge benefit.
